Měli jsme čistý a prostor pokoj. Skvělý byl také výhled na Akropolis ze střešní terasy, kde jsme měli po celou dobu přístup.

Koupelna trosku hůře udržitelná na čistotě. Toto ale není chyba pronajímatele, ale spolubydlících, kteří byli v jiných pokojích a po sobě nechávali mokrou podlahu v koupelně.

По приезде нас встретил менеджер (хозяин — непонятно) Сергей этого места с запахом алкоголя. Видимо, чтобы запудрить мозги отдыхающим, начал нам рассказывать за свою жизнь и всякую ерунду в этом духе. Когда мы зашли в номер, то ужаснулись. То, что на фото и в реальности совсем две разные вещи. Вся мебель потертая, грязная и сломанная. Кондиционер, со слов этого менеджера, должен нам разогреть комнату до 30 градусов в течение 5 минут, но этот кондиционер вообще не работал от слова совсем. В номере, если его так можно назвать, был дикий холод . Мебель как будто её со свалки притащили. Сломанная, грязная дверь с оборванными косяками и еле открывающимся замком. В этой забегаловке вы ощутите себя как в общаге. В санузле вы увидите и будете мыться в антисанитарийных условиях. Запах фекалий, мочи, плесени, разбросанных волос всех нынешних и прежних жильцов, плесневые шторки ванны вас будут окружать везде. А ещё там нет горячей воды вообще, и как захотите так и мойтесь. Кухня это отдельная история. Вонючая тряпка, губка для посуды, старая и засаленная посуда, мебель в виде рухляди будут вас окружать везде. Сантехника на кухне и в санузле бежит и ели держится. Круглосуточный шум и гам. На все жалобы и просьбы менеджер или хозяин Сергей (понять невозможно кто он там вообще), он всегда в алкогольном состоянии, вам будет распрекрасно рассказывать о своей жизни, а решать ничего не будет. Я не знаю, отчего в других отзывах пишут только положительное, я понять не могу. Может быть лучше этого отеля люди не видели. Когда мы снимали этот отель , то понимали , что будет не люкс, но точно не грязная, поломанная общежитейская комнатушка.

Serge was an exceptional host, the room was spacious and the shared facilities spotless. The guest house was in a great location for the city and the beach. There are great restaurants a short distance away and Lidl is round the corner for everyday essentials. The aircon was fantastic, our room was always a comfortable temperature despite the August heat. The roof terrace was a great bonus and a fantastic place to relax in the evenings. We had a great stay and would absolutely stay again. It was great value for money.

The place is fine for a night in Athen to visit the surroundings. Sergei the owner is very nice and he keep our lugagge after the check-out. Also he recommended us a nuce tavern near for dinner.

The boy who runs the hostel is very nice and kind , he waited for us until 3am, he explained a lot of useful things about the neighborhood and how to reach the center The room was very comfortable and clean, the bathroom and the kitchen too

Ir would be nice to add a table and some chairs at the rooftop to have breakfast or dinner. Nevertheless, it’s only a recommendation cause the house was perfect

The smell Inside the house could be better.

The location is excellent, you can walk to the center and the Acropolis. The room was neat and somewhat clean, clean bed linen and towels, comfortable beds. The owner was kind and helpful. The roof terrace is great for staying in the evening and summarizing the impressions from the tours, you can even see the illuminated Acropolis in the distance. The neighborhood is quiet and safe, with the possibility of free parking on the street.

The common areas are quite neglected and untidy. Dust and dirt in the kitchen and bathroom, unpleasant smell in the bathroom and the rest of the building. Doors, windows, all surfaces you look at have fingerprints and dirt.

The room had Air conditioning and the bed was pretty ok.

The bathroom was quite dirty and old, but overall, it was OK. You get what you paid for!

Bathroom doesn't breathe and quickly gets smelly. Bathroom really needs an upgrade. House in general needs upgrade.

Good value for money. 25minute walk to the Acropolis, 20minute public transport to city centre. facilities weren’t the cleanest, bad smell in bathroom but rooms were big and comfortable. view of Acropolis from roof top was very nice. bad experience arriving into Athens, trams weren’t working and no taxis so had to walk 1 hour with luggage. Overall okay experience and you get what you pay for, very safe neighbourhood

The owner responded to my messages and was helpful . My room was quiet and overlooked a school. Good location. Great views from the roof terrace. Good bakery opposite

The railing on the roof terrace seemed a bit low Running out of loo roll, hazard of sharing a bathroom in less pricey accommodation. Take your own!

2nd time staying here and Sergei checked us in even though we arrived fairly late at night. Nothing much else to say except his place is clean, value for money, in a good location, safe and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Sergei was extremely friendly and shared with us practical tips for transpiration/attractions/how to not get pickpocketed. Location was good, hot showers and toiletries were provided with a shared kitchen space. We were also allowed to leave our luggage in the room after checkout as we had a late flight and we really appreciated it. Really value for money and would come again!

Wonderful, classic athenien district with closing destination without tourist feeling

Everything was great!

It was in a safe area. Surrounded by a great restaurant and amazing bakeries and cafe. A bit of a walk to the city central (20 minutes) and approximately 10 mins to the train station. Sergei was very friendly. The rooms were larger than expected and was clean.

No issues. Just some feedback is probably toilet floor mats for when it gets really cold.

The owner was a nice guy providing info on everything and explaining everything. The place was clean aand everything was how it was expected.

The location is a little problem. The tram and metro station is far. not too far but still.
