Ein wirklich pittoreskes und ruhiges Apartment im Zentrum von Parma, sogar mit einem charmantem kleinen Balkon. Sehr schön eingerichtet, sauber und das Bett hat eine sehr gute Matratze. Von hier aus konnten wir bequem die schöne historische Stadt erkunden. Perfekt für City-Reisende.
Eigentlich kein Makel: man muss nur akzeptieren, dass dies ein altes Gebäude ist und die Treppe entsprechend schmal ist. Für uns war das fein.

Die Lage ist perfekt, quasi mitten in der Innenstadt, alle Sehenswürdigkeiten (Dom, Baptisterium, Pilotta-Palast) innerhalb sehr kurzer Fusswege erreichbar. Günstiges Parkhaus (Goito) in der Nähe. Restaurants/Bäcker/sehr gute Eisdielen gleich um die Ecke.Unterkunft liegt im 2. Stock, ausgestattet mit Doppelbett und genügend Stauraum im Schlafzimmer, dazu Wohnzimmer/Küche ausgestattet mit bequemem Schlafsofa, Küche hat alles was man braucht, Badezimmer mit Dusche und Waschmaschine. Klimaanlage war super, da im August als wir da waren über 30 Grad waren. Gastgeberin sehr professionell und immer ansprechbar, sehr gute Tipps hinsichtlich Gastronomie etc. Problemloser Self-Check-In.

No banheiro existe uma banheira para banho apenas com a ducha movel, ou seja, sem cortina de proteção onde se faz necessário tomar o banho sentada.
O estacionamento é um pouco distante e pago 15euros por noite.

Just in the heart of Parma, very nice, modern two - level apartment. Easy, guest -friendly online check -in. Nicki, the Hostess - responsive, helpful and kind. You go out and immerse yourself in the capital of cheese 🧀 and ham 🍖. Parma is not a very big place, so you are close to all tourist attractions.

Wifi was weak, beds were very cheap and thin. Not comfortable at all after a long day of visiting. The radiator didnt work.

Bellissimo appartamento!! Comodissimo a tutto. Ci siamo sentiti come a casa. Un appartamento luminoso e ben arredato in stile essenziale ma con tutto quello che serve ! Nicolle una padrona di casa veramente eccezionale, super disponibile mi ha dato moltissimo indicazioni sempre puntuali e dettagliate. Grazie di tutto!!

Bellissimo monolocale , dotato di ogni confort, sono presenti lavatrice , lavastoviglie , arredo nuovissimo,bagnoschiuma, detersivi ,piccolo kit di ben venuto, in frigo due bottiglie di acqua e capsule per la macchina del caffè, tutto pulito e profumato. La posizione è la migliore che si possa trovare, lasciate la macchina nel parcheggio, siete così in centro che raggiungerete ogni cosa a piedi. La casa è in uno stabile tranquillo e lontano da rumori, nonostante la sua centralità.

Struttura in posizione centrale. Appartamento pulito e accogliente. La zona di notte é molto tranquilla, si riposa benissimo. In casa cé tutto il materiale occorrente per per fare colazione. Consiglio vivamente!

The apartment was lovely,spacious,well equipped and in the most perfect location.
The only problem was the 3 flights of stairs,not a problem going up and down each day ,but managing suitcases.

apartment was not cosy at all. only TL lighting which in our opinion is horrible. on the pictures you mainly see a cute apartment on the top floor with balcony, but our apartment on the 1st floor wasn’t nice at all.
very noisy apartment, from the streets but also from the butcher store downstairs starting each morning at 5am with heavy machinery.
very bad matras/bed, was more like a folding bed. very basic bathroom.

It was spacious and felt like we were part of the town. Very safe and secure. Good amenities if you wanted to stay for a while and cook your own meals. Nice AC and easy to store luggage if check out didn’t align with your schedule. Also an amazing restaurant just feet from the entrance to the apartments!
Only downfall is having to carry your luggage up four flights in a very narrow stairway, and a poorly designed shower (tub with no walls so water goes everywhere and shower hose that is handheld with a very short hose so you can’t stand up fully).

The position is perfect to visit the city and it's attractions. There are a lot of restaurants, typical food is available in every corner.
It's 15 minutes walking from the train station. The self check in is a plus and the host, she is available for every need. She also left a brochure with useful advise allowing me to enjoy more the city.
I forgot something important and she helped me getting it back the day after I left the apartment.

The bed was really not great, creaky and noisy and we did not have a good night …. Which is rather disappointing for the value of the money but the mattress was good, it was just the wire bed base which was really not.

Very central location. Parma is not as bustling as other tourist places in Italy. Really an old town to live and enjoy. Super friendly people. Lovely restaurants just around the corner. Uncomplicated contacts with the landlady.
Access with big heavy suitcase is rather limited and you have to drive through a pedestrian zone. Better park outside the the ZTL and just bring a small suitcase or backpack so that you don't have to disturb the traffic free zone. Closest parking Goito is 500 meters away. Perfect.

It was a 6 minute walk to the city center of parma and the next grocery store was also a 6 minute walk away. It was perfectly located and quiet even though there were 2 restaurants right infront of the apartment building. :)

It was hot. The air conditioning apparently doesn’t come on certain times of the year and it happened to be very hot while we were there so that was uncomfortable and with the windows open it was very loud as you are just above a restaurant which wouldn’t really be a big deal if we didn’t have a baby.

The place is cute. It's located in the city center and you can move easily around.
The apartment is very noisy because there are couple of restaurants just down there.
The bed is too soft. Finding a parking spot is a nightmare because of the ZTL. Plus the owner didn't advise us that most of the streets were closed the day of our arrival.
