Die Zimmer sind ausreichend ausgestattet. Nicht luxuriös, aber für eine Geschäftsreise O.K., wenn man keine allzu großen Ansprüche stellt. Zumindest ist es oberflächlich sauber. Das Frühstück ist ebenso ganz in Ordnung, wenn man keinen großen Luxus erwartet. Es ist von allem genug da, um satt zu werden. Das Abendessen im Restaurant, kann sich sehen lassen, da hier ein großes Spektrum angeboten wird. Von Schnitzel, über Spare Rips, bis hin zu Mega-Hamburgern. Die Bedienungen sind sehr freundlich und stets bemüht, es dem Gast recht zu machen. Preis/ Leistung ist in Ordnung! Leute, die an allem etwas auszusetzen habe, sollten diesen Landgasthof meiden! ;-)
Es ist traurig zu sehen, wie derartig, einst schöne Landgasthöfe verfallen. Dies hat mit den hohen Abgaben und Steuern zu tun, die die Wirtsleute tragen müssen. Aus diesem Grund wird oft an Umbauten und dem notwenigen Personal gespart. Fazit: Die Menschen müssen überleben und daher kann man denen noch nicht mal einen Vorwurf machen.

Restaurant meal was good. The view from the room balcony was nice. Room was a decent size.
WiFi didn't work despite the property advertising that it had free WiFi. Pillows did not provide any support.

Got different room, not the one we ordered. It was roof/3rd floor and was very hot inside.
Could not keep window open because local church had to ring the bell every 15min, very loud..

The room was beautifully decorated and very comfy. The breakfast was amazing and delicious with what seemed like homemade jam and yogurt! The restaurant had excellent food, the size of the dishes were huge!

The Room is big enough and very clean. Bed is also very comfortable.
No personnel available to contact even though I came before 22:00. My key is not available as written in the Door Info. There are 3 Telefone number written to be contacted but nobody is answering even after several calls. I stand 45 minutes outside trying to reach someone. I even thought of just booking another hotel although it is very late and the next possible hotel is far. Finally someone answered and admitted that the new Personal forgot to leave the key for me. Such thing is disturbing because one is in the middle of "nowhere " (hotel is located in a very small town, which of course had its advantages and disadvantages).

Location: Away from the city. Quiet place surrounded by trees. Easy check in by self collection of keys at the entrance. Big rooms with big and clean toilets. Good view from the balcony. Enough closet space. Availability of tea bags and Instant coffee for guests.
No Restaurants nearby. In-house restaurant was closed during our stay. Frequency of public transport is low and only on call during night and on holidays.
Pillows could have been better.

Absolutely fabulous. Also the local food at the restaurant is very good and affordable. Great for walking in the woods, horses nearby. Lovely 🌹!

Great place relatively recently built with rustic black forest charm. Excellent food and value for money. Very educated friendly staff. You can just walk into the woods straight from the hotel. There are farms and horses nearby. Loved our stay. Breakfast was great too. They even made us boiled eggs!
