The location wasn't great...

Excellent property - spacious, comfortable room, large well furnished public areas, and close to old town.

Restaurant/kitchen service a little slow, parking is complicated - go to garage address, not hotel (it's in a pedestrian ised area)

This converted convent is excellent . The rooms were fantastic, the restaurant exceptional . Everything about this place ticked a 10 out of 10

Superb Parador providing super- comfortable accommodation in a central and beautifully restored historic building at reasonable prices. We were also lucky to have the Three Kings (Reyes Magos) using the Parador as their base! Very nice staff, good breakfast in gorgeous restaurant. Excellent and well signposted secure car park which is a huge plus in the historic center.

A tip for drivers: putting C. Bisbe as an intermediate stop will help Google guide you to the car park through the one way system.

The Parador is a wonderful rehab of a former cloister that was well thought out and executed. we particularly enjoyed the amenities of the spacious bathroom. The breakfast included a wide choice of delectable fruits, pastries, entrees and beverages.

A beautiful Parador originally a convent. Really exceptional transformation but retaining many original design features. The best thing was the restaurant which is actually in what was originally an adjoining church! Quite breathtaking scale. The food was really nice but a tad overpriced in our opinion however sensible charges for drinks etc. Large comfortable bed and nice sized bathroom.

My wife turned on the hairdryer in the bathroom and it immediately started to overheat and there was a bad burning smell. The hotel immediately replaced it. Rather surprised that the sealant around the bath was quite discolored and needs renewing.

This hotel bats well above the average. The transformation of this convent is a model for any architect. Our room was comfort plus highlighted by a spacious well appointed ensuite. We dined in the restaurant and we’re more than pleased with the food although on the higher end of cost. Our receptionist was professional and very helpful.

If a pleasurable stay can be shot down in 5 minutes, I would give it to the young waitress serving breakfast in the dining room who showed more attitude than competence in serving a simple coffee and croissant.

Location was good as in the centre of the city. Room was clean and comfortable and hotel was quiet with areas to sit and relax.

Toilet seat in bathroom was ill fitting and fell to one side when you say on it and we are only small built people. Parking is very expensive considering it was a few metres away from the hotel so not so easy to transport luggage. Restaurant is very expensive, we spent 60 euros on 2 very small dinners and 2 glasses of wine and we're still hungry but reluctant to spend any more (very disappointed).

All the meals were excellent. The facility is beautiful and very relaxing. Rooms were very modern and nice.

Difficult to find the parking when you arrive for the first time
