Die Lage mit Blick zur Promenade und aufs Meer sehr gut. Angesicht des Windes ist das Wohnen in der zweiten Reihe Ideal. In nächster Umgebung gab es genug Restaurant, etc. Ein Bäcker auf der anderen Straßenseite. Das Apartment hell, modern und hochwertig eingerichtet. Man hat nicht das Gefühl in einer FeWo zu sein. Die Treppe ist Steil, aber es gibt einen Fahrstuhl. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter erstklassig. Wir waren mit der Bahn. Vom Bahnhof bis zur Wohnung ist es ein Kilometer. Für uns kein Problem. Am Bahnhof weitere Restaurants, Supermarkt, etc.

Wir hatten leider Zeitweilig Sturm, aber das ist Pech. Da schätzt man eine solche Wohnung noch mehr

It's not the fact I didn't like, it is what a guest should know in advance. The sad face is a bit exaggerated. So, first time for us to rent at the seaside ;), whether for a short or long stay, here is a small worth mentioning note: -Towels and bedsheets are to be provided with extra fees. - No complementary little toilet set. So bring your own or buy at the supermarket which is located 1km towards the city centre.

The location, very clean at arrival, confortable and sober.

For 3 days and at that rate I didn’t expect to have to pay 25€ to rent household linen and to clean ourselves. We got the feeling that everything was counted: only 1 coffee dose, 1 dishwasher tablet, no toilet paper in stock, no oil or vinegar, no soap, or dish soap... To us those small things are part of hospitality and it was not fun to have to rush to the supermarket to get it all. Coming from a very nice loft rent in Ghent were the service was excellent, this was quite disappointing.

Conveniently located next to the beach and other facilities, with a nice view to the sea, well equipped. Good contact with the landlord.
