Very nice, large 3 level townhouse. The spaces are spread over 3 levels for privacy. The main living area with a balcony is on the upper level, providing great views of the harbor and beyond. Easy walk to Watkins Glen to several restaurants and pubs. The dock area with the gas fire pit and seating is a nice touch. Highly recommend!

The property and facilities were beautiful. Couldn't have asked for a better place to stay. We spent a long weekend to go wining and to visit with some family. It was my husband and myself with our adult children and their spouses. The unit was exactly what we needed. Three beds and three and 1/2 baths. We enjoyed being alongside the lake and the views were amazing. The firepit on Saturday evening was great. I highly recommend staying here. Hope to go back soon.

We had a great stay in this condo Easter weekend! It’s beautiful and clean with a gorgeous view. Kitchen had everything we needed. If you are an early riser, you can’t beat the sunrise over the lake! Great location - near to restaurants, wineries and a brewery. Dan is a great host and easy to communicate with. Highly recommend.

Great property for our 6 person wine weekend. It was our 2nd stay at this propery and we will stay again. Unit is clean, conveniently located, comfy beds and TVs all worked with ease. View of the lake is a bonus. 5 star for us.

Great property with large bedrooms and lots of room to spread out. We had a blast and would definitely stay again. Only note: if you plan to cook a lot, consider bringing what you need. The kitchen is beautiful but minimally stocked. Things we were lacking: a spatula for flipping pancakes etc, potholders, pizza pan. We made due and it was fine though and would still definitely recommend for a group, especially if you want to walk around town.

Location was perfect! Had a mix of family and friends and plenty of room Plus privacy when needed. Host was responsive and easy to work with. Everything we needed was there, except we couldn’t find potholders. Great stay!!!

Our group of friends spent 3 nights at this place and it was perfect for us. The location is perfect, right by the lake. We were able to walk to town. It's a unique place, that allows 3 couples to have personal space and also big enough for a group dinner and gathering. The owner was great with communication and very responsive.

Great location. Amazing views of Lake Seneca. Walking distance to town & restaurants. Perfect bedroom arrangements for our family. Lots of bathrooms & King size bed with is a must. LOTS of stairs which is just an FYI. we love the extra workout.

This is our second year staying at the Bower’s townhouse. It is in the perfect location and has all the amenities you will need. The view is spectacular and the weather was perfect.

Highly recommend this location! Loved waking up to the gorgeous views of the lake and foliage. We walked to restaurants, breweries, and the trolley for a wine tour. Had a great time at the wineries, and hiking in the State Park. A fantastic long weekend for all!

Great location! There was no lack of things to do in the area. This house is in the heart of Watkins Glen and very convenient to groceries, dining, the harbor and park. The house itself met all of our needs just fine. Comfortable beds. Fluffy towels. Be prepared for a lot of steps. 35 to be exact. The main entrance is harbor side at the bottom of the steps. However there is a second entrance at the top of the stairs on the town side which is very helpful for loading and unloading.

This worked out great for us 5 over 60. Yes there are a lot of steps. Lucky for us was okay. Liked that we could walk to dinner in the evening or stay in and make our own. Would rent again.

We gathered for a mini-family reunion and birthday celebration - the rooms and bathrooms were clean and linens fluffy- kitchen was well appointed - the hosts were very responsive - even helping us secure a package arriving overnight - easy walk into town - the views were spectacular from the balcony! We highly recommend!

This home is amazing! Six adult guests. Plenty of room and privacy. Walking distance to many downtown attractions located on the water with beautiful patio and lake access to kayak Dan and Ann are amazing and very helpful!

These units might just be the best rental properties in all of Finger Lakes area. Property features matched pictures, and the location even surpassed expectations. Location offered unbeatable views from the balcony and guest patio, plenty of sunlight at sunrise (or great quality blinds to avoid it), and such great proximity to the main street of Watkins Glen and also to the State Park. Beautifully appointed inside with modern features. Very clean at arrival. Convenience of full-size washer/dryer, quality towels, and kitchen starters like sugar, salt/pepper, oil, coffee pods, etc. Highly recommended to those wanting something in Watkins Glen and/or all of Finger Lakes.

This was our first time visiting Finger Lake and we enjoyed staying at this property. It was perfect location with a great view of harbor and lake, walking distance to harbor and restaurants. The townhouse was clean and spacious. Ann and Dan were warm and quik with any questions. There are a lots of steps for people have knee problems should be awar.

Enjoyed our stay - access to all the downtown activities, restaurants and shops is great - everything was within walking distance.
