Julie's home was perfect for our girls getaway. The views are splendid. Her attention to details is absolutely phenomenal. The 6 of us had a wonderful time! We would love to come back!

Our group of 5 had a wonderful 4 night stay. Julie is a fantastic host who is extremely communicative and responsive. The location is quiet, but easily walkable down to the resort and the town.
The house is a gem with several terrific indoor and outdoor spaces for lazy mornings or intimate evenings overlooking the South end of the lake.
The house is well-equipped with the location of everything you need clearly labeled, and lots of information posted with options for activities / things to see.

Julie was extremely helpful and organized when I was planning our girls trip. She gave countless suggestions for activities! When we arrived, everything was labeled and clean. There were lists of suggestions in the home for drivers and activities to do while staying. One of my favorite parts of this house was waking up in the morning to a beautiful lake view. Overall, we had an amazing stay and I would love to visit again! I appreciate all the help and tips from Julie. I definitely recommend this beautiful home and location for a vacation.

Had an amazing week staying at Julie’s property in Watkins Glen. The house is near town and you can even walk there which was an added bonus. Julie was a great host and very responsive. My only minor complaint was there isn’t a ton of sitting room in the living room for our larger group of 7 women and the dining room chairs could use some updating but other than that the home was beautifully decorated and Julie has made an amazing effort to make sure we had all the things we needed throughout our stay. Highly recommend!

This little slice of heaven has so much cool history! It makes it even sweeter that Julie opens her home for others to experience.
She knows how to host and make you feel right at home. Everything is clearly labeled to find. It was super clean and we appreciated having shampoo and other toiletries available for our use.
The views off the front deck are spectacular! Some of our group rose early to watch the sunrise. We didn’t use the fire pit but it’s so cozy on the deck that we decided to skip going out to eat in the second night and just enjoy.
I did reach out to our host while there and she was very prompt and sweet on her responses.
This is a fabulous place that we look forward to visiting again!

Would go back every year! Clean, quiet, beautiful views, host was very efficient and incredibly nice. The town is easy to get around and highly recommend going to water falls and renting a pantoon boat. You definitely should consider this if you are looking to relax and unwind

Julie was an incredible host! She gave so many great recommendations and helped us really have an amazing stay in Watkins Glen. The house is close enough to walk to several spots and has a beautiful porch to enjoy the lake. Would 100% stay here again.

Our hosts provided a well stocked, functional home in a quiet setting on the south shore of Lake Seneca. With four bedrooms, two sitting areas and scenic outdoor space, we had plenty fo room to spread out and relax. The kitchen and bathrooms are well stocked, and extensive information on area restaurants, wineries and other attractions is provided on "the information wall". Lisa was in touch throughout our stay. This was a fun and convenient base of operations which we highly recommend.

We stayed here as a group of friends, there was plenty of space for everyone to spread out without being on top of one another. Julie was incredibly thoughtful with all of the notes around the home, and super responsive to any questions we had! I would for sure book again for a group big or small.

Our stay in this little gem was outstanding! The amenities and communication that Julie offers is second to none. All of the extras in the house were such a nice touch, I've stayed in many VRBOs and this one was icing on the cake. The location was perfect and the views were breathtaking. Thank you for sharing your home with us, we will absolutely be returning in the future.

This was a great location within walking distance from town. The house was very clean and the host provided a lot of information on restaurants, hikes, wineries, distilleries, breweries, transportation, and activities. The outdoor space was nice with a gorgeous view of the lake. We really enjoyed our stay.

We couldn't have had a more perfect stay at this charming property. We were in town for a bachelorette wine tasting weekend (a group of 7 women). There was plenty of room for all of us and we appreciated all of the special touches. We all said that we would stay there again!

The house was very clean and super cute! Julie thought of everything to keep her guests comfortable. She was very quick in responding to questions and had suggestions for her guests well laid out in the home. She even went out of her way to find us an outdoor yoga session at a winery nearby! We would recommend this location to our family and friends!

The home was very thoughtfully. prepared for guests! Verona was very comfortable from our 94 year old to our 21 year old. An amazing feat. We really enjoyed gathering around the fire pit in the evenings

My friends and I stayed at Julie’s home this past weekend for my bachelorette party. Julie was such an incredible host, she provided us with so many recommendations for the best wineries, restaurants, hikes, and so much more. The house was beautiful! Great views, very clean and organized. Totally stocked with everything we could have needed for the weekend. A perfect amount of space for the 9 of us in my group. We had the best time and will absolutely be staying here again! Highly recommend!!

This home was perfect for our son's wedding weekend. There is a first floor bedroom with full bath and ground entrance which was perfect to accommodate our 90 year old parents. The home has everything you need, comfy beds, kitchen amenities, perfect size for our family of 6 guests. Great location to town and to the wedding venue. The owner is easy to access for any questions and very responsive. Unfortunately we were unable to use the front porch or fire pit area due to the very cool weather. We will be sure to recommend as well as stay here again! Thank you so much!

You never know how the weather will be in Fingerlakes in the fall. We went from 75 degrees on Friday to 40s on Sunday. We were pleasantly surprised this home had something for any season. Beautiful deck overlooking the lake we could have coffee and drinks on in the morning. At night we sat outside and enjoyed the firepit with provided blankets for outside. Julie had helpful labels all over the house answering any question before we had it. Comfortable bedrooms and a small but efficient kitchen. We celebrated my daughters 30th birthday with a few friends and we all enjoyed our stay. Took in a few wineries and walked downtown for dinner. Perfect location for anything you may choose to do in town or on the lake. Thanks for your hospitality and the warm welcome! -Donna & Greg

What a lovely place for a girl trip! Julie was a great host. Communication was prompt, the house was clean, it had everything we needed, the beds were comfy, and the view was fabulous! The outdoor space was a real treat. Even in the rain we were able to be outside on the covered porch.
The location was also perfect...just far enough from all the town activity but close enough to walk where ever we wanted to go.

We really enjoyed our stay at this beautiful home. It is located close to everything and walking distance from town. It is exactly as pictured, squeaky clean and stocked with everything you might need! The owner has obviously put a lot of thought into every detail. Everything is labeled and well organized, and the owner has provided lots of recommendations on things to do, where to eat, wineries to visit, etc. We had a blast sitting by the firepit, drinking wine, and catching up. This is one of the most thoughtfully stocked VRBOs I have ever visited, and I 100% recommend it.

Where to begin? If you are going to enjoy a vacation near Seneca Lake with friends or family, this is the place! Roomy, comfortable, clean, well laid out, great lake views, well furnished, -- and I could go on!
The owner communicates clearly and promptly. She seems to have thought about pretty much everything.

We had an amazing bachelorette weekend staying at Julie’s home! It had everything to accommodate us and we loved that everything was labeled and easy to use! We loved the view and sitting by the fire pit and having fun conversations about marriage and advice! The location was awesome and so close to downtown, super convenient! The beds were super comfy and we all loved the look of the upstairs bathroom! Definitely would come stay again at Julie’s home! Truly a special place!

The property has a beautiful view of the lake and a wonderful outdoor table and a fire pit with chairs. There is also a ton of info on things to do in the area and signs everywhere in the house to help you find things. A really wonderful house and an amazing host. The house was really wonderful, with so many personal touches that made our stay so welcoming and special. Julie, the host, was absolutely fantastic in providing so many details on restaurants, places to go, the best Vineyards. etc… and she answered all of my questions in the few months prior when I was planning our trip. They were seven ladies in our group and we all had a very comfortable stay, the beds were wonderful, and the lake view was gorgeous. The location was perfect as we were able to take a 15 minute walk to town for any restaurants or shops, and located centrally to many of the vineyards that we wanted to visit. I would very highly recommend this house for rental if you’re visiting the Finger Lakes.

Perfect is the only word to describe our stay. The house is adorable, clean and thoughtfully stocked. There are so many thoughtful touches and Julie’s communication made everything welcoming and as easy as could be. We had plenty of room for our group of 4 friends, and hardly left the house all weekend, it was that warm and comfortable. It’s a great place and I wouldn’t change a thing.

Myself and 2 friends stayed for 3 nights. We loved the house, clean and organized. They really have thought of everything. Sitting out front watching the boats on the lake was our favorite thing to do. Relaxing and beautiful. Very close to many restaurants and activities. Would definitely stay here again.

If I could give 10 stars I would. Julie was absolutely amazing!!! I have stayed in a lot of VRBO properties and this was by far the best one I have ever stayed in. Comfortable beds, plenty of towels, and all the extras you could possibly think of. The view is wonderful. We spent our mornings and evenings sitting outside.
The gorge at Watkins Glen is a must. Breathtaking views!
