The house, swimming pool, garden and location are excellent, very good welcome and explanation by host at arrival. The garden was quickly and professionaly serviced on Wednesday without disrupting our fantastic stay.

Almost nothing... although you might expect a diswasher in this kind of villa. Bathrooms on the appartments on ground- and first floor are clean and sufficient, but a bit dated. The two bathrooms in the cellar are new and excellent.

Location is perfect, just a 3 minute walk away from the beautiful local beach. Swimming pool is amazing and makes your stay a true pleasure especially in the evening or night. We arrived as a family and very much enjoyed a kitchen outside next to the pool where we could prepare the meal and dine altogether. Very friendly and responsive staff.

Nothing major. I think only basic spices would be good to have always available in places like this.

Location excellent and the pool area was great. Giorgia was very helpful, one issue with the hot water and the guy came to fix it within 5 minutes, Gifts on arrival were very thoughtful.
