Staff was unaware of how to switch off the hot water supply.We had to struggle for 1hr searching for the same.

Rooms Are neat and clean
If ward boys are there that wud be more services you are giving to the customers...you wud hve provided lift facilities fr the aged women and men....over all room are near and clean

There is no room service / arrangement for food available. If it is also available then it is very good. Except that everything is Ok.

They don't have proper management.No cleaning staff.Even at the time of check out they don't provide the bill .They said will send by courier but till date not received.Would never recommend this hotel .

Staff was helpful even though the lack of English , the room was okay clean.
It was very hard to find the place. The address which was showing in Booking was not totally correct. The receptionist had very hard time to understand English, this made a bit difficult to communicate.
