The very spacious rooms, large shower, roof top pool. Close proximity to olympic stadium for swimming and running. .
Overstaffed, a lot doing nothing. Poor breakfast selection for vegans.

Great location, amazing pool and rooftop
The fact that our room wasn’t ready at 2pm because “ the previous customer had a late check out” which should not be an excuse and by the way the late check out is at 12.30, which gives 1.5 hours to clean the room. We had to wait over 30 minutes in the lobby and had water only after having resquested it. It should have been automatic for disturbance.

Schoon en comfortabel hotel met een fijn rooftop pool. Lekker ontbijtbuffet iedere ochtend. Goeie locatie in Phnom Pehn. Beddengoed en handdoeken waren telkens heerlijk gewassen.
Personeel was wat terughoudend. Je werd bijvoorbeeld niet begroet bij de receptie. Op een enkeling na spraken ze geen Engels.

Im Zimmer fehlte es an einem größeren Kleiderschrank, an einem Schreibtisch und Kleiderhaken, auch im Bad.

La vue du skybar.
Nous avons été très déçus de l’accueil et de l’amabilité du personnel. Accueil peu chaleureux et assez brutal. Ainsi que la demande de payer nos boissons et de déguerpir de la salle du petit déjeuner car on ne pouvait pas rester quelques minutes de plus après l’heure. Pour cet établissement, l’heure c’est l’heure!!! Surtout quand nous sommes en vacances!
Il faut obligatoirement consommer si l’on veut profiter de la vue du skybar… Aussi,la terrasse et la piscine ne sont pas accessibles le matin tôt de bonne heure.
Le petit déjeuner: passable. Pas assez varié. Il manquait toute la partie céréales… Mais dans l’ensemble, il y avait du salé-sucré. Le minimum.

Location is perfect, easy to go everywhere with Tuktuk. Also a refreshing pool and a beautiful city view. Room has a comfortable bed.
If you don’t like asian food in the morning for breakfast you can only eat toast with jam. There are no other options. That really needs to improve. Moreover in the entire hotel you can smell the breakfast from 6.30 in the morning. The airconditioning is also quite loud even when its on the lowest level. For what you pay (35/40$ p.n.) you can expect more

Room on the second floor by the elevator with the elevator sound. Also that seems to be the area of other guests and staff gathering to chat.

The staff were very helpful. A receptionist helped us book activities with her phone and she spoke Cambodian to the organisers. We also got a complimentary upgrade which was very nice. The breakfast selection was very good. Room was comfortable for two.
In our original room the bathroom had a bad smell which we didn’t notice at first but then it got worse. The pool was freezing even in thirty degree heat

The room, large and clean, the position not very central but not far from the city center which could have reached easily by tuk tuk. The hotel is in in a quiet area where it is possible to witness life of Phnom Penh' habitants. I liked the pool on the top of the building and the skybar with excellent cocktails, an astonish view and competitive prices. The room price was very competitive as well.
After you have done the check-out, out the room is not a place that can be dedicated to work remotely. The receptionists were very kind and gave me a table in the lobby, but there was no electric plugs and Internet was a bit slow (I'm speaking about the lobby not about the room where internet was good! )

We got upgraded to one of the top rooms - unreal. Pool beautiful, rooftop spectacular and margaritas 10/10.

Very friendly staff; they kept our bags few days before we stayed free of charge.
Modern facilities and very fancy bar/restaurant with a swimming pool at the roof terrace.
The breakfast buffet was completed but we missed some occidental food and some other sweet options beyond fruit and jam.
A very good end for a month trip :)
For the price we paid I would loved to have the option to use the swimming pool at whatever time.

Room is good and comfy and clean. I like the interior design. Yet need to gave 2 room key as it's much more easy to go out and come in the room with a cold AC is on.
Pool haven't tried it yet as it's raining that time.
Service with the breakfast - needs to be more courteous on asking to getting out the plate, as I'm still eating. I know they have 10:00AM end of breakfast yet still they need to wait till the guest is done eating not that go to my table and ask to get all the plates and tell me that it's already 10:00AM lol. Guest knows about it yet you need to wait on it atleast they are done eating right?
Facilities - not so much facilities only pool and sky bar and needs to pay there and there when it can even charge it to the room and in check out needs to pay it all.

Clean room and helpful staff. Using tuktuks and grab meant the whole city centre is within reach for approx £1. Breakfast was good and had a mix of western and Asian foods. Staff were helpful.
Bread was stale at breakfast, but wasn’t too bad once toasted. Very busy roads to cross to get to main central areas (but you can get a tuktuk cheaply so it doesn’t really matter). Juice at breakfast tasted extremely sweetened, would have preferred a pure fruit juice, it tasted like Sunny D.

I liked that it was central, close to everything. It is good for people who have business appointments and want to enjoy a nice drink in the evening with spectacular view and good food. Also the price is affordable and the staff is very accommodating and helpful.
The mattress was old and so soft that you can feel every spring. Also the street was extremely narrow, a school very close by and caused traffic jams. Also the room was very narrow with a view of the roof of another house.

The pool and roof deck are small but nice. Rooftop restaurant is nice - not too much for vegetarians but good cocktails. The view is OK. (For an awesome view stay at Sun and Moon)
The room was fine as far as size and cleanliness. Good hot water and water pressure.
I think I was allergic to something in the room - maybe the aircon. I kept waking up very congested with a sore, scratchy throat. There is no fan in the room, so I had to put the aircon on or it was sweltering. This made my stay uncomfortable.
Location is OK - short ride to areas of interest. But not much going on directly around the property, especially at night.

Stayed there many times over the past 5 years, very consistent on the quality of service, comfort and cleanliness. The buffet breakfast is very satisfying and can please all preferences.
The pool area lacks a bit of space and service sometimes, with only 4 sunbathing beds. Also, as it s not allowed to smoke in the rooms, would have been nice to feel a bit more welcome when heading there in the evening only for a cigarette and not ordering drinks

Only 1 elevator for 15 floors, sometimes it takes a long time to get it. Pool was very cold and unusable. The soundproof isolation is not good
