Гарний номер, дуже стильний.
Все в цілому сподобалось окрім того, що номер не відповідав номеру заявленному на букінгу.
Бронювали номер з балконом.
По факту нам сказали, що у нас номер без балкону.Хоча в броні букінгу це вказано.
Також було заявлено, що в номері чайник та чашки, яких теж не було.
Працівник готелю запропонувала номер з балконом, за доплату. Ми відмовились, тому що розраховували на певну суму,.
Як би знали завчасно , що буде наш варіант з доплатою , то забронювали інший готель.
Будьте уважні, номер може не відповідати тому, що ви замовили на букінгу.
Працівники букінгу висловили своє співчуття та і все..

There was very cold in the room, even setting the radiator at the highest level. Breakfast was very poor and bad quality. Staff taking care of breakfast didn’t even heat the water for tea.

A good price for a 4* in Constanta during the summer.
No parking. Pretty strange entrance and a oldish air inside.

Facilities in the bathroom did not work well. No water pressure.

Location, the corridor, spacious room
The sheet on the bed was torn.
Window was covered with something on the outside, no fresh air could enter and no morning light. The bathroom needs big improvements.
Parking was something improvised, lucky we weren’t blocked!

There was some road construction going on in front of the hotel, which is of course something that they can't control in any way. What I would have expected them to do though is to clean the balcony of the construction dust so that we could actually use it.

Very cute room, I especially loved the bathroom. Comfortable bed, clean, nice staff, and cozy breakfast.

This is my second year here.
I have chosen again because I feel safe and I know that the staff is very attendive, polite and always prompt.
Breakfast is nice.
The Hotel is pretty much close to Kayro beach and Neversea.
This year I prefered Kayro Beach as I was looking for a quiet and relaxing spot. This is nice, clean, not bussy.
Well, in the balcony (115) there was the leak from the AC of an upper floor. I didn't got the chance to let them know but I am sure that if I would have tell them, things would have shanged quikly.

I liked a lot the fact that the room is very large, the bathroom is modern, luxury I can say, the location is perfect for business, as it is in the center of the town. Another think I really enjoyed is the breakfast, which is delicious, fresh made, authentic romanian, various, and made by excelent cook Mrs Monica. So many thanks for the food made by Monica, it is delicious and for the warm welcome she provided to us. It was a pleasure hearing her speak about Ambra hotel, and Romanian tourism.
I didn t like the fact that sometimes in the room, you hear noise, as the hotel is build in a bloc of apartments and I also didn t like that the windows were covered with some sort of plastic, not to be able to see outside and from outside, although there is a quite nice view. I personally think that some curtain is enough and covering totally the window give you some feeling of claustrophobia.
