Absolutely lovely hosts who are always there to help and for a nice little chat, excellent and clean room, comfortable bed, access to kitchen and amazing backyard with citrus trees and amazing breakfast in the courtyard if the weather permits.

Small and cozy guest house close to everything in a nice location. Easy parking.

For personal health reasons - that we can usually handle anywhere in the world, because we are prepared - we could not stay in the accommodation and had to spend the night in the car because everything was fully booked. The owner did not provide any refunds according to their policy which is ok but he refused to make an exception out of goodwill despite our request as well. We are disappointed of course because we would have expected more flexibility and empathy from an accommodation provider, especially if they have a guest who suffers. In our opinion, we could have found a solution that could have benefited all parties in a situation like this, which we think is not common. Obviously we wouldn't have made such a fuss if we hadn't had a serious problem, as it would have been our last day on the island, which was completely ruined.

Hosts are incredibly kind, the rooms were cleaned every day, equipped perfectly, breakfast was very filling and always delicious!

If you want to try best bed and breakfast experience you should book Safran. Room was very specious and we had two balconies (terraces) in each side of the room. The hosts were more than amazing. Breakfast under the lemon tree in front of grapefruit tree and personal service is just indescribably amazing.

Fantastic place in a great location in Sardegna. We immediately felt home and the hosts were incredibly friendly and welcoming. We couldn’t have wished anything better!

Absolutely perfect and far exceeded expectations! Sabine and Francois are the lovliest hosts, preparing spectacular breakfasts, having the best tips regarding surroundings, e.g. restaurants and beaches, and are always open for a chat. We loved the whole experience and cannot wait to return. All the best from Hamburg!

The hosts François and Sabine were everything you'd hope for in a stay. They were lovely people, who obviously take pride in both their B&B and in Villasimius. The room (double room with balcony) was peaceful, spacious and clean, the bed comfy and bathroom great. It was only a short walk to the centre of town, street parking was ample (they also have off-street parking around the back of the property) and the breakfast was the best we'd had in the 3 places we'd stayed in Sardinia. Well done to them and they're deserving of the praise and good reviews.

 We couldn’t be more lucky with these accommodation, one of the best accommodations that we ever had and from far the best in Italy. 
The hosts François and Sabin are just the best, they made us feel like we were at home.
The quality of the accommodation is just excellent, amazing sensibility for decoration, super clean, very good quality of toiletries and beautiful breakfast (different products every day) in a super cool terrace. They provide us all the instructions to enjoy Villasimius in the best way possible with very good suggestions. We where not able to find a Agriturismo by ourselves because their season was already in the end but François managed to find one for us making the reservation by himself.
Very nice evenings in the terrace with François and Sabin listening to beautiful histories about their travels…we are very thankful for them to made our holidays much better!
