very handy location, good access to the M1, local shops and restaurants

outdoor area was not undercover, there was no pans or pots suitable to use in the oven, car parking was very tight as I have a ford ranger could not possibly put it in the garage for security

Liked how cosy it was, plenty of space & beds location was good.

The drive way was to narrow, real close to the houses next door. Fridge smelt like dead fish was left in there for days, some doors couldn’t stayed closed, blinds need to be done again felt like people could see right through.

Hot Water wasn’t hot enough, had to be on max setting in shower to get warm water. Both Shower tray and hand rail broken.

Every part of our stay was effortless and enjoyable. Loved the proximity to the shopping centre for essentials while staying at The Residences. Wouldn't hesitate to stay here again and would recommend it to others as well.

Only a minor issue, was the fact there was no Spatula/ egg lift in the kitchen. Not a biggie unless you want to cook bacon and eggs for breakfast 🍳

Booking.com does NOT tell you it is a gated community & to gain access you need to go to another location in a very busy area. The women I was liasing with was difficult to understand , and she didn't understand our needs. As it had been such an effort to find the apartment, we didnt go out again to get dinner ( we went without) On the map 2x venues looked close by, but in actual fact were a distance because of the gated community. It was pouring with rain, so walking wasn't an option View of a concrete building I had to phone to get my security money refunded

Homeless person sleeping in vehicle just outside our window. Noisy high density building works next door. Sterile interior to our apartment, minimal furnishings and one of the sofas was like a junior sofa - too small and low.

Perfectly situated and so convenient to restaurants and attractions. Love the space.

Walking distance to the pub and restaurants. Roomy and clean

Check in was over the road, then it was hard to find. Was an awful odour as you stepped out of the lift, obviously coming from the refuse shute.

Our apartment was under very poor management. 2 towells 1 hand towel 1 facecloth for 2 people for 7 days..had to ask for floors to be washed ..toilet was not clean..basic kitchen amenities..had to buy egg slice. Good location..but extremely disappointing at price.

Everything about the place is fantastic. Room has all what we need. Rooms big and clean. Near to all the park, convenient store and very safe place.

We travel during summer. Cooler is not well we think. Because it's centralised. And is not king bed. Others all good. And they ask for deposit and if you using debit card might be take longer. Better give them cash for the deposit.
