Innanzitutto i proprietari gentilissimi e accoglienti. La casa si presenta in condizioni perfette a livello di pulizia, spazi e posizione. Nulla da dire, semplicemente tutto perfetto.

Good location. The owner was there to greet us and explain all the essentials of the home. It felt safe and comfortable..Close to train station and shops. Walking distance to the Marina. Great to find a coffee or a gelato.

The hosts were very friendly and explained everything about the facilities in the apartment. We loved the terrace outside with enough spots to have dinner/breakfast. Supermarket nearby.

Letti comodissimi e ben fornito di stoviglie e vettovaglie (lenzuola, coperte, asciugamani)
A completare un giardino esterno funzionale, recintato e comodamente arredato.
Posto auto in parcheggio pubblico comodo in piazzetta davanti l'ingresso.
Posizione: zona ben servita, con ospedale vicino, ma alloggio non rumoroso. Mare a pochi minuti da casa.
E non per ultimo, host super gentili e cordiali.

Alloggio molto confortevole in una posizione perfetta, giusto due passi da Patti Marina e dalla stazione ferroviaria, così da collegarsi in maniera molto facile.
La pulizia era superlativa, le camere perfette e i comfort non mancavano, io e la mia ragazza ci siamo sentiti subito a casa nostra

very friendly owner and her son, perfect communication in person and online, house was perfectly clean, there was almost all you need (iron, grill, kitchen tools), we appreciate many trash bins (plastics, organics etc.) which is not much common in Italy, also the city Patti and Marina Patti suprised us positively - nice, calm and clean beach with rough sand
no microvawe oven - as in most italian houses, there could be parasol to borrow and take to the beach, the aircondition was in the living room/kitchen which was useless when we cooked , and the cold air did not have a chance to reach the bedroom at night (slept with door opened and it does not help much)
but we enjoyed our stay!

It is a spacious and clean appartment that has everything for a comfortable stay. The location is not far from the train station of Patti. Anthony and his family are kind and accomodating hosts.

We loved everything about this place from its location (close to shops, transport yet very quiet) to the layout (we stayed with 2 adult daughters and the 2 bathrooms were very handy) and all the little details that Anthony has thought of that just make this home extra special. Things like condiments, drinks, snacks, necessary items in the bathroom, detergents, extra T towels, extra blankets, etc. Anthony and his parents are very considerate hosts and have been very helpful from the moment we made our booking. Thank you so much for your hospitality Anthony, we will definitely stay with you again and have already recommended the home to family members who are visiting the region soon.
