To be honest first if all it wasn't the apartment on booking because the owner changed it one day before check in. The location is great. Elevator.. Great communication.

Social areas are small for four people. No essentials in the kitchen (I think minimum requirements are oil, salt, sugar) The shower didn't work normally. Cleaning didn't went as far as the terrace or the glasses in the cupboard. Look out for parking! It is impossible to park on the street and the local agent didn't give us the parking place on the first night told us to find a place on the street. Next day however they solved it Bes too short

We had a problem with the shower head and it was fixed within 24 hours great service and they stayed in touch throughout our stay to ensure everything was OK.

EXCELLEN HOST. Great location although opposite a primary school which I didn't mind but others might. Great WiFi

The beds and sofa are not so comfortable and the kitchen could be better equipped. I had an issue with the electrical sockets as they don't hold a plug. But this was quickly resolved by using an extension cord. The flat has a lot of potential for simple update but you get what you pay for and it's an excellent bargain with no real complaints

Location close to beach and cafe's, underground parking

Street becomes a bit noisy in the morning, in case you are not a morning person

The balcony, you can dry clothes and equipment or smoke if you do

The street is a bit loud with busses and delivery trucks.
