Communication was good.

The locks on the doors were poor, especially the bathroom - never did manage to lock it. Also, lack of help in charging devices - no USB point and no adaptor available.

Friendly stuff, clean room, very good location both near the beach and metro, good price.

There is a bar near the building so it means - loud noises till the midnight, also room is with thin walls so you can hear your neibhours. No shuttle service. We wondered around looking for a bus from airport to hotel but couldn’t find one. There is no sign of a property just an a4 paper in the window, hard to see if you are coming in a middle of a night.

Fantastic communication, even allowing us to checkin at 2am after a long day and a night flight. Thankyou.

Nothing, it was perfect for us.

The room has an actual double bed which is very rare in budget places. It is big and so relaxed. Location is good just a couple minutes away from the center. Very closed to many of the beaches. There is also air conditioner in the room. Very useful in hot Italian nights. Elena was great and friendly. She suggested us to use bus which is a cheaper alternative of taxi to go to the airport. She was really helpful. Also the whole area was really clean. The place also have new decorations and appliances when I compare it to the other places I stayed in Ostia. Balcony and the view was great!

The bathroom was outside of the room which I guess still private to the room. But there can be other people in that area I guess. I am not really sure. I didn’t see anyone during my stay but still if you are sensitive about it you can ask before staying!

In the near of Roma. With the train 30 minutes to s. Paolo, and then 2 minutes with metro to Coloseum. Nice, clean.

Neighbour were some teenagers and they made party under window of this hotel. Their volume was very high. They are going into the flat and out again and again till morning.

The location was very nice, in walking distance to everything. And there were no noise in the night, so we had no trouble sleeping. The room was small, but that was not a surprise, as they were exactly as in the pictures on Booking.com. The bed was very comfortable.

The bathroom was private, but you had to go out of the room in the hallway to enter the bathroom. This was ok, but a little annoying in the morning, if you wanted to go directly to the shower. Then you had to dress first before going out of your room to get to the bathroom.

The house is near at the beach so you can go back easily if you forgot something and also the room is good they provide towels and linen . The stuff is so kind. We enjoyed our night and we will definitely choose this hotel again when we come back

The room was dirty (especially under the bed). And under the bed there were some useless paintings. The private bathroom was separate (it was not mentioned in the booking). The balcony is common with another room (it was not mentioned in the booking). The fence of the balcony is really rusty.
