Equipe muito educada; Café da manhã maravilhoso (com muitas opções); Piscina sempre limpa e um Por do sol surreal (vista dos fundos do hotel)
Me preocupei com o que encontraria durante o trajeto até o hotel, porém td foi superado qdo chegamos.

O café da manhã é ótimo e a equipe super atenciosa. O quarto é super aconchegante e a vista para o rio é maravilhosa.
Não tem restaurante para almoço ou jantar. Como é longe do Centro, seria interessante um serviço de transporte a alguns restaurantes ou parceria para delivery e semelhantes.

The higher point of our stay was de staff: all three did the best to fulfill our requests: Francisco, Gustavo e Senhor Dudu. They deserve a promotion, specially Francisco e Dudu.
I did not meet the cook, but she does a very good job, as the breakfast was ready and delicious.
I would stay there again, although it’s a lot pricier for a simple place.
The room is small, but very clean.
A lot more expensive than higher quality accommodations in the Capital, São Luís. Rooms are small.

Simple and tasty breakfast with great fresh fruit, fresh fruit juice and tapiocas.
Staff was always very kind and the room was big, with a balcony for the riverside + the hotel is very safe
The room only has a single lightbulb, so it's either strong light (on) or dark (off) - having an extra small lamp would be great

Nice, clean and confortable hotel. Staff helpful and friendly. Not so close from the city center, but cab is easy and cheap to catch.

Big room, on the river, pool, breakfast, reception was helpful with tours and taxis, clean and safe, little supermarket beside the hotel.
It’s a little far from the centre for walking and the taxi charged us 20real each way

The staff were very friendly and the pool was great for an early evening dip after a day at the dunes. The breakfast was reasonable.
Our room had a funny smell to it - to be fair, we didn't bother saying anything as we were hardly in the room. I'm sure if we had, they would have sorted something out.
