The apartment is nice and the terrace is huge. The views towards the ocean and Corfu is very nice!

The building itself and elevator is very shappy. The railings on the terrace are very low, it did not feel comfortable to have the kids on the terrace since the apartment is on the 7th floor. The entrance to the third bedroom is through the terrace, it is not attached to the apartment.

Booking says its 240 square metres - even with balcony it is not Missing cleaning products (toilet papier, hand soap, trash bags, spong, dishwashers tabs - we had to buy them ourselves) Windowblinds not working in 2 out of 3 bedrooms (got repaired on the 4th day of our 5 days stay as owner only responded after 2 days...) Not something the property can influence but BEWARE there is a huge construction just outside the building and terrible noise from 7AM to 8PM 7days a week (!!) so cannot really enjoy the balcony

Really nice apartment, very comfortable and nice view. Everything we needed for our holidays

If I had to pick something, it would be parts of walls where there is some water damage.
