Stunning house, right on the beach. The facilities and size was amazing. We had some really tough weather during our stay that forced us indoors ,and being able to sit inside with the open view of the sea made this so much better. All the rooms in the house had sea side views. It is also in the middle between walvis and swakup, making it easy to do activities in both cities . The house was well equipped for full family cooking and even had an indoor bbq (if we had more time we would have used this for sure). There is also a bathroom for each bedroom , which certainly made life easy. You definitely don't need to leave the house to have a good time.
If the weather is cold, the house can get cold. There are heaters and a mobile AC and electric blankets, which we used thankfully. The specific area of langstrand seems fairly new, so we did not see any easy grocery stores or walkong distance restaurants. Best to go to Swakopmund for all shopping and eating out. Overall these are minor nitpicks, we had a great time.

Florene is a fabulous host!! Her and her husband were close by to assist with any needs/requests we had. Definitely looking forward to visiting their beautiful home again. The house is a 10minute drive to Swakopmund central and close to all excursions. So convenient.

all the rooms have floor to ceiling windows looking out over the beach/sea - it is even better than it looks in the photos

The location was excellent . The friendliness of the staff and the continuous contact to ensure that we were still ok . The safety of the place / excellent . The Hospitality was out of this world . I will recommend the place to anyone . I will use the place again with my next visit to Swakopmund .

My family and I stayed here for 4 nights over December. The house is absolutely perfect! Gorgeous views from every room and a lovely, spacious living area that overlooks the ocean. Florene was a lovely, welcoming host and very accommodating. We will definitely stay here again if we are ever back in Langstrand!

Amazing waterfront villa with the best ocean views. Super friendly and flexible owner. A dream place to stay while exploring the area of Swakopmund and Walvis Bay. We stayed 2 nights and it felt too short - I wish we had been able to stay longer. Hope to return one day!

The location was perfect, overlooking the ocean and seeing the sunset was a dream.
The owners should arrange for someone to come and clean the house every morning if possible.
