The flat was well maintained with the hot tub being cleaned on a daily basis. The apartment as a whole was comfortable with all the kitchen items you may need as well a decent air conditioning through the flat.

The no music after 10pm rule doesn't really stick so if you're looking for a quiet sleep then you may need to avoid such a party area.

The view the location the apartment, the staff the way you was allowed to enjoy yourself. The weather.

Just a bit far from the main beach. But still a lovely amazing place.

The apartment is new and well refined. Rooms are big and comfortable. Plenty of bathrooms. Jacuzzi on the terrace definitely a plus

The equipment could be more complete (especially a capsule coffee machine would be great in addition to the electric kettle, not so enjoyable in summer days; but also broom and similar basic stuff were missing - although, in all truth, we haven't asked for those to the owner, which in case of need was always very kind)

the property is amazing, 5 starts for a jacuzzi on the terrace. We came before the start of the season, and the pool was for us only.

The wi-fi connection is horrible if you need to work

Jacuzi

German guests are everywhere. They are very loud, they left the door open to the stairs and partyed to around until 5 am. And so 3 nights in a row was a tragedy. The staff do not pay attention to who are on the swimming pool, guests come from other apartments for the swimming pool.

Jacuzzi was great, view. The whole flat was really quiet, even If it was really noisy outside. Beds were really comfortable.

Nothing what was related to the Penthouse. Novalja is really overestimated. No air condition in all rooms, which were actually not too big.
