It’s an apt complex so someone meets you to hand over the keys and collect payment. That process was smooth but requires coordination with owner. Apartment was spacious and well maintained. It has all you need for a short stay. Location on the Malecon is great and lots of restaurants downstairs and down the riverfront. Owner is very responsive! Central AC is powerful, water pressure is good and showers get hot.

I liked the spacious apartment and it's amenities. You can't find a better location.

No clean. The towel. The bathroom. The kitchen. The smell in the refrigerator.

The location was a good area. Everything you need is in walking distance. It’s safe. The staff in the building are very nice! Close to tourist attractions.

Too bright so you can’t really sleep in. I only had one person clean one day. And I was asked about towels missing. Not sure why? But it probably was a misunderstanding. The sofas to old not comfortable to sleep on if you’re and adult. However it’s ok for small children.

The sauna was nice.

The elevator key did not work we had to go to ask the doorman to call the floor for us. Unfortunately the pool was being service the days we stayed. The hot tub was also not available, since the building did not have hot water for it.
