Liked the layout of the flat and the view from the balcony. The communication with the host was also really easy and she kindly fulfilled our additional requests.

The flat needs some maintenance, the door handle to the bathroom came off during our stay and that can cause some uncomfortable situations when travelling with older family members. I would also suggest that a generic shower gel , shampoo and conditioner are provided instead of the shower gel for men we found in the flat.

Checking process was ok (self check-in). Host was responsive over texts and that was really helpful. The apartment is close to the city center, very convenient location if you're looking to not walk so much. Bathroom is nice and clean. Lots of storage space behind the mirrors 👍🏻.

The drapes in both of the bedrooms were broken - couldn't lift them up to have light or lower them to make the room dark(er). The shades in the big bedroom are see-through so you will have trouble sleeping with the light. The pillows are absolutely useless and there are no extra ones in case you need a second or a different firmness. I left more tired than when I arrived. All the storage space in the wardrobes but only 5 hangers. The space could be used better I think. A nightstand lamp was not working. The kitchen could use a set of wine glasses and a wine bottle opener! Lack of seating on the terrace (which has street and mountain view). It would be pleasant to drink a coffee on the terrace or a glass of wine... One of the bathroom doors can't be opened properly - it drags across the floor of the bathroom waking up everyone during the night. Overall seems like there's no interest in taking care of the comfort of guests (no improvements made since guests started to review the drapes/pillows etc) or the appartement itself. with some small improvements it would be 10/10.

Great place to stay in Brasov.

The property is in a new apartment building located near the city center (around 5 minutes walk). The two bedrooms are separated and the openspace kitchen with living room is very large. There is one bathroom with all amenities. Near the property there are several shops and restaurants. The parking in front of the building needs to be paid.
