Noisy guests

Beautiful location and base to visit all Tuscany has to offer. Amazing pools with lovery tanning beds. The pool is also used by other guests, but it was never too crowded or noisy. The house and surroundings are wonderful and the views are amazing. Lovely and lush garden where the kids can play. Safe environment for toddlers to run around. Francesca is a very friendly and helpful host and the other staff was really nice too.

The appartment we stayed in is really dated (cupboards don't close, bathroom is old, chairs are old and uncomfortable) and a bit cramped for two adults and a toddler. The wheather was really nice so thankfully we did not have to stay indoors much, but if we would have stayed here during autumn/winter it would def. be too uncomfortable, not well equipped and small. We did not know the second bedroom did not have a window so you need to keep the door open to get some fresh air. The matrasses were a bit too hard for our taste. It would be great if the property would invest in airconditioning, because sometimes it was 30 degrees celsius during the night.

Excellent localisation and of course we can say only the best things about Host - The Francesca The Great :))

You need to have a car because you always have to move and everything (food, cultural attraction) is far away

Amazing place - a true reflection of Tuscany! Perfect location for visiting this region of Italy. Very well equipped apartment (Casa Archi), excellent amenities, shaded parking spaces. The staff is very friendly and helpful. I also recommend visiting a nearby winery.

The house was beautiful and the grounds were well kept. Very peaceful .
