great detail in the fixture and fittings, very relaxing with great views
with the cost of the stay i was very disappointed that i was charged for cleaning from the bond.
this i think was not what i would have expected, more so when i cleaned before i left, washed plates and glass, that fact there was no washing up liquid.

Such a beautiful place to stay at with breathtaking views (the vineyards, peninsula coast, and even the city at the far horizon when weather is good); the guest house was cozy and elegant, breakfast contains plenty options, and the hosts are very warm and friendly.

It would be hard to find fault with Frogs Pond. Tania is very accommodating and helped us with recommendations for lunch dinner and vineyards not to be missed. Without her detailed knowledge our visit to Mornington would have been a very different experience.

Stunning location, beautiful suite elegantly styled and appointed with sumptuous textures, furniture, and linen. All the little details you could possibly imagine for a 5 star+ stay. Incredible view over the vineyards towards the bay with Melbourne in the distance. So quiet and private with access to a beautiful pool surrounded my lush grass and lavender bushes. I could go on!

The view has to be one of the best on the peninsula! It is breathtaking. The design, finish and furnishings of the separate unit are of excellent quality. Loved the addition of complementary cheeses and other tasty foods.

We wanted to get away and switch off from a busy lifestyle and we couldn’t have picked a better property to do it at. The property is just stunning and the place was very cozy with the most amazing views. Tania was so welcoming and had the pantry filled with snacks, local produce and amazing cheese and wine for us to try. Loved the Frog pond Wine. We hope to be back soon

it was such a lovely place to stay. the attention to detail was magnificent. Tania really goes all out and makes your stay perfect. the best part is the view which is unbelievable! we can’t wait to come back.

The motor delivering the water to the house and apartments was just outside our bedroom and so when water was used during the night, the motor kicked in and woke us up.....

The description said private pool but it’s a shared pool with the main house and the other suite. I found this very misleading.

This place was a hidden gem. It was such a beautiful place, and the view from the bathtub was stunning. We loved how peaceful and relaxing this place was, and we’d definitely love to go back.
