L’emplacement est top et les chambres qualitatives. Elles sont grandes et bien meublées. Chaque chambre est indépendante et le personnel est aux petits soins !

The most beautiful place we have stayed so clean and well kept, lovely gardens and the pool was always spotless. The staff were kind and friendly. The food at breakfast and dinner was amazing. Cannot recommend more.

Tout était parfait. La vue magnifique, l’emplacement au calme, la chambre, la salle de restauration, la décoration soignée, le personnel très accueillant, souriant et attentionné. La piscine est superbe et l’environnement exceptionnel. La nourriture est délicieuse, les cocktails aussi. Séjour parfait. Très bon rapport qualité prix, je recommande à 100%.

Понравилось абсолютно всё, оочень приятное место - везде используются натуральные материалы (стекло, дерево), интересный дизайн, все номера с видом на горы. Завтрак вообще лучший из всех, что мы ели на Шри-Ланке.
я знала, что хочу остановиться именно в этом отеле, но меня немного смущали некоторые негативные отзывы, и к счастью, это все оказалось неправдой)
например, кто-то писал про то, что шумят лягушки, а на мой взгляд - это самое тихое место, где я спала в Шри-ланке.
писали про труднодоступную дорогу- ну да, это горы, но мы на убере днем доехали без проблем, даже после сильного дождя и небольших оползней.
в общем для меня это место 10 из 10 ❤️

View was beautiful all around. Choice of menu at breakfast and dinner were very thoughtful and catered authentic as well as western. Location was very peaceful. Staff was very helpful.
Nothing to mention in particular. Perhaps the location may not be suitable for the elderly and disabled as it requires climbing uphill to rooms. To be honest I don’t know if rooms are available at the ground level for such people so better to call the property before planning your trip.

Welcoming Staff. Especially Mr.Ajith & Mr.Sharma who also guided us on what to do and get places to neat in the city since its about 5kms from this property.
Illumination on pathway towards room 7 was not sufficient. It would be great if something can be done about it.

The scenery was beautiful and the rooms very private. Breakfast was a lovely spread and the pool area was very serene. The water was a little chilly, but once you’re in you get used to it. We used the free laundry service, which was handy. The view of the mountains was lovely to wake up to. You cannot walk into town from this location though, you need to drive in.
There is no working air conditioning, which we were initially worried about, but we were provided two standing fans, which in conjunction with leaving the doors open for an hour or so before bed, made the evenings bearable. Our shower had a very weak stream, so plan your hair-washing before you arrive!

Unbelievably attentive staff who were all kind, caring and very helpful.
Food in the restaurant was delicious - highlight was the breakfasts and the Sri Lankan curry.

The staff were amazing. They looked after our son when he was walking around and exploring, and really took the time to make our stay as relaxed as can be. Breakfast was great too. We will definitely recommend Chill Ville to our friends and family, and will no doubt be back soon.

Such a beautiful hotel with an incredible view over the mountains. About 10 mins drive outside of Ella main strip but we preferred this for some relaxation and drove or got a tuk tuk into town when we wanted to.
The pool was so peaceful and beautiful place to chill in the sun. The rooms were spacious, gorgeous and clean, we had a villa at the top with breathtaking views from our bed and balcony.
Also massive shoutout to the staff who were so friendly, especially Ajith at breakfast who was so smiley - having yummy food over that view was very special.

We had one night reserved for this location, but after arriving we liked it so much that we extended our stay for one more night at the expense of time by the sea. The bungalows were really lovely. The bed was perfect. Seating in front of the bungalow overlooking Ella Rock. You can see Ella Rock from the huge covered dining room. One of the best breakfasts and meals in general that we had in Sri Lanka. Barrier free pool with spectacular mountain views. Staff absolutely fantastic and caring. We could have easily stayed a week if we had more time. We give 11 out of 10 😁

This property is in the most stunning location with views that are out of this world. It is close to the town of Ella and the perfect place to visit lots of local places of interest, including the world famous Bridge of nine arches.
Not only does it have stunning views across the valley, the facilities here are lovely. Excellent rooms, lovely infinity pool and amazing outdoor covered restaurant deck. But the best thing was the lovely staff, they couldn’t do enough.
