Maison d'un an sur pilotis décorée professionnellement. Passez d'excellentes vacances amusantes ici à Ocean Lakes. Profitez d'une balade en voiturette de golf de 30 secondes jusqu'à la plage ou d'une balade à vélo vers le magnifique parc aquatique et toutes les nombreuses commodités amusantes. Darling maison de 3 chambres avec 1 lit queen et 1 lit king et une chambre avec lits superposés avec 6 lits superposés. Joliment décoré avec un beau grand pont supérieur et un espace de télévision / séjour extérieur supplémentaire sous la maison. Une vue parfaite sur l'un des nombreux lacs de pêche ensemencés et une vue minimale sur l'océan. Profitez de la douche extérieure fermée pour vous doucher sur le sable.
Nous avons également une chambre de 4 chambres et une deuxième salle de télévision à l'étage pour les enfants sur une maison à deux niveaux avec une décoration et un mobilier magnifiques, et une vie en plein air incroyable. Il dispose également d'une voiturette de golf à utiliser avec la propriété. Il est à 2 minutes de la plage mais à moins de 3 minutes en voiturette de golf de la plage. Il est assis sur le "ruisseau" avec beaucoup d'oies, etc. pour en profiter. Incroyablement paisible et beaucoup de decks impressionnants. Cette maison n'est pas répertoriée dans VRBO mais coûterait 3 000 $ plus 200 $ pour le nettoyage (comprend la voiturette de golf). Si vous êtes intéressé, contactez le propriétaire sur cette annonce. We had the a fantastic time! The house was perfect! Any questions were answered by Rhonda and her husband quickly and we had the chance to meet them!! This was our first year with Rhonda and Jim and we look forward to renting their house again next year! Seriously, you won’t be sorry - BOOK with THEM today!!

Beautiful home that’s a quick golf cart ride or even walk to the beach, and another quick ride to all the goings on at OL. Loved the sitting area downstairs and being able to rent the limo golf cart was an absolute plus. Would absolutely stay again!

This property was just as described! The location is great!! It is close to a pond if you have anyone that likes to fish! We caught a crab and a couple fish from the pond! The fishing did require some patience. Rhonda was great and was very responsive to any questions we had. I will definitely be a repeat customer!

We have stayed at ocean lakes every year for 5 years now and this was by far our best trip! Rhonda is amazing to work with and so accommodating! She ensured our trip was perfect! The house is beautiful and our kids loved it! The limo golf cart was a huge hit also!

Rhonda could not be a better host. She's a prompt communicator and incredibly helpful. We loved the house. We had kids ranging from 1 to 10, and they had a great time with the downstairs TV and the bunk beds. The washer and dryer are an incredible convenience. The golf cart was great. We do trips to Ocean Lakes almost every year, and this was the best house yet. It has everything you need for a great vacation.

We had a great stay at the Hallford's beach house. The host, Rhonda, was very communicative about the check in/out process and answered all my questions about OL's and the property. The home was very clean... clean floors, wiped surfaces, fresh smells and was light and bright. The home had exactly what we needed, in the kitchen, for the beach, bath towels and linens, small stock of paper products/dish/hand/laundry soaps and cleaning supplies. We rented the limo golf cart from the owner and that was a whole amenity in itself. We also enjoyed the property's location within OL's. It was on an end street, so you see a lot of golf cart traffic which was entertaining but still quiet. The location also is away from the beach so you get a break from that wind (2 min cart ride), while being close to all amenities. The bedrooms had plenty of closet and drawer space for us. All furniture was sturdy enough for our baby pulling herself up... I would say mostly baby proof home (a few wooden corners on tables). Also a baby gate on the deck! We were also able to squeeze in a pack n play in the bunk room. We comfortably fit my family of five, as well as my parents. I would definitely rent from Rhonda again.

We only had one issue - that was with the fridge it smelled like old fish, which was most likely due to the previous renters. We contacted the property manager and he had someone come out right away 🙂.
The house was a good size, and neatly decorated.
Having access to beach chairs/toys/cart was wonderful.
If you have a tall teenager- think about the bunks bc they are not feasible for older kids (he’s 185lbs 6’4)
Suggestions to improve (based on my personal opinion) outside lighting for the deck. We couldn’t really use the outside for anything bc there was no lights. It was not the best lighting down stairs either. Cleaning supplies - we didn’t have access to? Maybe I misread something.
We left in a hurry and ended up leaving my medicine, the property owner found it and called us to come get it (thankfully) that was much appreciated.
Over all the home owners and property owners were very nice, and helpful at all times.

We really enjoyed the house. There where a few things missing that were listed as amenities I couldn’t find such as a hairdryer but it wasn’t a big deal. I wouldn’t recommend property for larger/ older kids. The bunk beds weren’t very comfortable for teenagers but we still had a great time. Love the distance to beach and mornings on the deck.

Wonderful Place to stay
We had an amazing time. The house was perfect, clean and the managers were easy to deal with and communication was great with them. I would definately stay here again or another one of their properties.

Summer 22 vacation
We really enjoyed our stay at Ocean Lakes and the house. It was a short walk to the beach, we didn’t feel the need to rent a golf cart. Our two 15 year olds rented bikes for the whole week which was nice so they could explore the grounds. The house was very clean and had all the amenities needed for the week. The only thing I would say is the bedroom with the triple bunk beds is much more suitable for smaller kids, not teens. One kid is 6ft and the other is 6’3”, so it wasn’t really great for them but that was our issue not the house. They had couches to stretch out on. One of the best parts of the house is the deck, we loved sitting out each night watching the golf carts and people go by. The proximity to the lake was also great for fishing in the evening. I would absolutely recommend this property.

Excellent bbq and tv area- many people commented…if I may 1 suggestion…….
Need a small refrigerator under deck by bbq…… so you don’t have to run up and down for condiments and little closet for paper goods-….. overall excellent…. Just convince

Summer Vacation 2021
I’ve been going to OL for 40 years and this house was one of my favorites. Very clean, close to beach, and pretty much had everything you would need so all you need to pack are your clothes and food. We enjoyed sitting out on the deck to eat and under the deck at night watching the tv. Definitely would recommend this house.

Great house.
This house is adorable. It looked exactly like the pictures. It was super close to the beach. The fact that it came with a golf cart was clutch for us. The owners were amazing & very quickly remedied a golf cart issue for use. The owners were fantastic with communication also. I would highly recommend this house and would be interested in staying in it again in the future.

We were so pleased with this home! Everything you need for great stay is right at your fingertips. I can say enough about the outdoor living spaces! Fabulous places to relax and hangout, both up on the deck and down below. Rhonda was so easy to work with, and answered all our questions promptly. Everything was so comfortable, unlike many of the places we have stayed. We have been coming to Ocean Lakes for 17 years and this is by far one of the best places we have ever stayed in! We highly recommend choosing this beautiful home!

Awesome house!
I can’t say enough about this rental location. Everything was so clean and organized. The mattresses were great and the hangout locations outside were perfect! Property was in a very nice section...did not have to travel too far to beach...could have been a little cleaner on the inside...nice underneath sitting...had everything u need..overall a very good place too stay..would stay again.

Ocean lakes 2019
We had a great time. The house was beautiful and accommodated all 10 guests. The kids had so much to do in the campground and the campground had everything we needed to keep the kids busy. It was only a short walk to the beach. The golf cart was a nice addition. Our family is already planning another trip next summer and would love to stay here again. Ann amerson
