Clean, lots of little extras in the room, lovely staff and very comfortable bed

The stairs are very narrow, although we knew this before booking.

Near to Port and quite good value.

Unfortunately with it being a pub and my stay being Friday night it was very noisy until midnight.

The convenience of the location to the cruise terminals. The relaxed atmosphere and close proximity to dining experiences. Paul and his staff were excellent hosts.

The staff was very kind.

The WIFI hardly ever doesn't work in the ROOM 5.

Pleasant room, relatively quiet despite the bars in the opposite street. Small but comfortable. Staff was really nice. Perfect location if you plan to connect with the ferry.

Bars in the street are still noisy even it's really acceptable from my own experience.

Good location for a variety of restaurants.

The bed had a foot board and when you are 6' 4" tall, it is sometimes hard to rest with your legs straight.

Stayed for one night. Beautiful, spacious room, with a large bathroom. Complementary water bottles. And a discount at the bar :) I didn't find the stairs narrow and steep as some have said, but it depends on how much luggage you carry, and your mobility. Comfortable beds. Friendly staff. Didn't experience any noise from the street. Will stay again.

A clean room with some nice condiments, a comfy bed, the discount card and all in a central location.

The stairs where cramped for carrying suitcases and where hard to navigate.

No lift No air conditioning

Fantastic staff and the room was clean and well equipped.

It’s a walk up property with no elevators so this may be a problem for people with mobility issues.

Good location, clean rooms and good hospitality. Great story involving the Titanic. Travelling from Australia and thought it was a great spot to stay.

Oxford Street in Southampton was an amazing location. A vibrant area with bars and restaurants and all within an easy walk of shopping and the cruise ship terminal.

The shower didn’t have hot enough water for me!

Hot water could have been hotter. Taking a shower was pretty brief as the water was lukewarm at best.
