Location was so close to Dunsborough. Great facilities and air cons in the bedroom are amazing in summer.

TV in one of the bedrooms didn’t work. Had to purchase toilet paper as there was only one toll provided per bathroom for the stay.

well equipped kitchen with good size fridge, clean, enough crockery and cutlery, good sized living area There was too much kids stuff for us (older retired couple) however can appreciate good for families but no single beds or porta cot for hire? So bit of a contradiction to me.

Location was disappointing even though I had researched it prior. very stark and bare, very hot everywhere during the time we were there however the lack of trees, shade and carport made it worse. The complex had no ambience at all. No information about what to do in an emergency, no muster point that we could find. With only one way in and out, this is important. Bed was a bit lumpy - think needs a new mattress protector. Hole in one of black couches and had trouble getting the TV in the lounge to work. No face washers in bathroom and could have done with extra set of towels. We didn't use the 2nd bedroom and bathroom at all so cleaner would have not had to do it. I hope they didn't charge the usual $180 to the owner. Was also under the impression we had 2 car bays but the neighbours were using them and on one occasion we didn't even have 1 bay until they came and moved the car.

location was great, facilities were great and the villa was really well kept.

Loved the location and the accommodation was excellent

It was comfortable and cozy.

The veranda was a bit unsafe for little ones as it opened out straight to the road. So we couldn’t use it as we would of like.

Owner was very easy to contact and very helpful in a difficult situation.

The unit behind is also rented to short stay and the balcony directly faces the bedroom windows of the unit I was in. The noise all night long was awful. The owners of both units were very easy to speak to and the police responded, however the people in the other unit still made noise until 3am on both nights they were there. Nobody can predict these things. Such a shame that this ruined my planned trip to rest and relax away from my very busy city life in what I thought was a tranquil and relaxing location.

Clean , bright modern .Excellent big comfy beds . Lots of little extras , blankets , throws , games , kitchen facilities great , heaters and TVs in bedrooms

More towels would have been good

Clean, beds were very comfortable and lots of kitchen appliances and utensils. We had a wonderful stay.
