Facilities in common area were not up to the mark.

Location was excellent. The host was pretty cool and friendly.

The food can be a lot better.

No cleanliness and maintenance. All services at many steps through steep staircases . Unhygienic old mat on floor . Looked inhabited place .

• The place is safe as mountains are generally safe from modern cities. • You can take treks nearby or spend your day in the Zostel common room. • The property is on a main road. You will have to park your cabs outside but you can park your vehicle inside the property. Not much space though. • The rooms are spacious. At least the ones we booked. The views from the top-most rooms are just amazing • Good experience staying here. The best thing about the property has to be its location. Situated on the top of a mountain the views from the property are just amazing. • The people are another best thing in Zostel. You will find such amazing people while being in a Zostel and you can do activities, talk to many, have a karaoke night, etc. • The property is easily accessible by road without any issues. The road to the property also contains serene and calm mountain views. Greenery is everywhere especially if you are traveling around the monsoon season. • The prices are not too high given the value you get and I totally recommend this Zostel both for booking rooms or bunks. • The hosts are also very friendly and will be in touch with you for the entirety of your stay. They make sure your check-in process is smooth, and you have a good time while you are there.

The food. There are no nearby restaurants plus the property is situated a bit on the outskirts of Mukteshwar. There are a few ration shops for light snacks and drinks but expect food only in Zostel.

1)  Rooms were completely different from the pictures that they have on their website. 2)Rooms were very dirty....stains all over the bedsheet, quilt, on walls also. 3) No basic amenities provided like water bottle, (bottle was empty when given to us) 4) staff was very unprofessional and rude.... 5) i asked them for table fan because it was so warm but they denied stating that we dont need fans here. It's 23 degree here right now how can you even not have table fans in your room? 6) No proper lighting in the room only 2 bulbs and 2 lamps.

the food was delicious. auntie and her staff do good work.

one night some of the guests were talking in the dorm room at 2:30 a.m. not the fault of management.
