Room #123 is a large and clean room with king bed and a gorgeous view of Mt. Yotei. Staff is very friendly and willing to help even though their English comprehension is limited. The indoor and outdoor communal bath was pretty neat, but wish the water was hotter. Free washer and dryer on our floor was nice amenity.
The free dryer does not do a good job of drying laundry unless you open the dryer vent and use a door stopper to keep the laundry door open so the moisture can escape.

The hotel was wonderful and exactly as described. It was perfectly located away from the crowds of the ski resort but also not too far. It was only about a 5 minutes drive away. There was also a shuttle bus for those who did not rent a car. The was many good facilities provided including washing machines/dryers and the public bath which was a great way to relax and recovery after a long day of skiing.
I did wish that there were more washing machines and dryers. But that's not a big minus for me.

We liked so many things about this place:
The room was spacious and very clean.
We had a wonderful view of Mt Yotei.
Hotel has a public onsen which was never occupied when we went there.
The breakfast was top notch: i don’t understand people complaining about the food not being appropriate for western people. You are visiting another country, why would you want to eat the very same food you eat at home? It was beautifully composed and nearly all of it was also really delicious.
There is a free shuttle to the slopes and back to the hotel.
It is really a bit far away from the slopes. Even though they offer a free shuttle, it doesn’t run consistently throughout the day so you’re still bound to their timetable. We considered walking to the centre but there is no sidewalk. This was really the only little downside.

The place was clean and modern. The staff were very nice and helpful. The breakfast was superb and was open for a long time between 7-10am. It was nice to have a public bath to relax in.
I wish the bath had onsen water, would have made the stay perfect. The location is a bit out of the way, we had a car so it was fine but would have been very isolated if we didn’t have the car. They have a shuttle bus, I’m not sure how often it runs but probably not convenient to duck out to grab something quick from convenient store for example. Would have been nice to have a coffee machine in the lobby, or a vending machine with some snacks like ice cream or chips.

Nice room and Restaurant. Helpful staff.
carpet cleaning should be improved.

English speaking staff and a nice & clean bathhouse within the hotel. Good breakfast with western and Japanese selections. Room was great. View overlooking the mountain nice. We were they're during summer season.
If you don't your own transport the location is not walking distance to any convenience store.

View from the room is perfect. The room is big and clean.
The laundry room is just next to our room and it’s free. The front desk is friendly.

the room is big, but I’ve also never been to another property at Niseko, the only comparison I have is with Sapporo, Furano and Asahikawa hotels.
front desk service is excellent
only complaint I have is that this hotel doesn’t have elevators. The staff does help you out with carrying your luggages upstairs though.
all in all not really a big deal

Staff was kind and helpful whenever we had a problem. We had to travel out in a big group which the staff prepared another vehicle to accommodate us each time which we are extremely grateful.
Breakfast, lodge and public bath was amazing too.
The Lodge is a bit out from the main area but they provide shuttle to bring you back and forth from the hotel. Another then that, nothing comes to mine. Everything was amazing.

the proterty is nice, confortable and well decorated. the onsen is also very nice.
the shuttle service is very bad organized and mostly all days we had to wait for more than one hour to get a transportation after the day skiing. even if we were a big group, they did not make the effort to come and pick us up. when staying at a property that is far from the slopes, the shuttle service is game changing. i would not repeat my stay

The property Villa 10 was superb with spacious double rooms and nicely decorated and equiped. The onsens both indoor and outdoor are great welcome features.

The service provided by Miru Niseko was top of the notch - from even before we arrived the hotel. Kia-san who we have been communicating with via email is kind and patient. She responded to all our emails and request promptly :) Breakfast was decent, we also had dinner there which was also enjoyable. To end we would like to give a huge shout out to Nishi-san, who is a super kind guy that pick-up & drop-off us in between train station and hotel. Nishi-san's has made us felt so very welcome, we would totally stay at Miru again just because of the service provided by Nishi-san! :)
This hotel would be suitable for visitors who have cars. It would be a lot easier to drive everywhere on your own rather than waiting for the shuttle bus, as the schedule is not very reliable.

In short: This is one of the best hotels we have even been in.
We booked a house (Lodge 9) with 3 bedrooms and a Tatami room. The lodge is excellent. It is spacious with living room, dining room and kitchen on the second floor. The Tatami room is also on the second floor. It is not a "room" though. It is more like a Tatami section where you can close the curtain. (The hotel asked before checking in if we want matress in the room of leave it as a living room.)
Other bedrooms are on the ground floor. The ground floor also have washing and drying machines. They even provided washing detergent which is not common in my experience.
The heaters on the ground floor also have hangers on it. You can hang your wet skiing gear on them. A very nice touch.
In the kitchen, all kinds of cooking wares and utensils are available, along with a Nespresso machine. (Pods are also provided of course.) I find it very convenient especially when you have to rush out for the first ski lift with kids.
We ended up having to cook ourselves every meal because all restaurants in Niseko were full.
** Note: The water heater must be turned on before you can use warm water. **
The hotel staff did not mentioned it when we checked-in but after asking they came to explain.
There is a public bath with outdoor are in the main building (not true Onsen though). We had to walk for a few minutes from the house but it is not much of a hassle.
They also have sleighs and a couple of snow toys for kids. And they had some space next to our lodge where the kids can play.
The hotel is situated a bit outside of Niseko. You can travel to town and to ski lifts with free city buses.
The hotel also provides free private shuttles that run across town.
Both shuttle run until evening, but you have to check the time table. Otherwise, you will have to stand in the cold for 20-30 mins.
The staff are very nice. They also arranged a shuttle from Sapporo for us.
The only complain was that they did not explain how to turn on the water heater.
Otherwise, everything is perfect.

Amazing breakfast and clean rooms.
Service was great.

The layout and location was ideal, not right in the heart of Grand Hirafu, but accessible by shuttle bus. We had a lodge for 4 nights and it was very roomy for our group of 6. The hotel Onsen was lovely and the staff were so helpful. I will definitely recommend this property to anyone travelling to Niseko.
Nothing, everything was great.

Hotel room is spacious, nice and clean. Breakfast is not fancy, but quite up to standard. What makes our staying experience superb is the hotel staff, they are all very polite and helpful.
Whenever you have a request, they really try their best and go extra miles to make it happen, really really appreciate it, will definitely come back!
