It was right next to a restaurant where we could walk over and have dinner. really nice setting. just like photos

our air conditioner leaked onto the bed. there was no chopping board in our bungalow which was a little annoying.

was great for the night. close to shops and restaurant within walking distance

my air conditioner was very noisy so i had to turn it off at night open the windows and use the fans.. it did get hot and was not able to use the conditioner during the night. i let staff know the next day and they said they would fix it. my family had issues with their A/C in the other bungalow too.

This was my 2nd stay, absolutely love this spot. Was great sitting by the water with other guests chatting and laughing. Staff are wonderful even helped my partner by letting him organise a surprise for me before check in time. Got our check in message early and was super easy. Even caught some fish. Will certainly be back in winter time though.

Sadly the air conditioner didn’t really cool down the unit which made sleeping in extreme humidity a little difficult. Found out it was just ours that didn’t cool down the unit. On the last night it decided to make a huge noise and spat out ice chips. So maybe they are due for a service or something

Friendly greeting by staff on arrival. Good location to base your trip from. Quiet surroundings. The unit in general was clean and tidy.

The bungalow was very dated and need of a make over and repairs carried out. Cover up repair work such as painting toilet cistern and kitchen benches isn't good enough. Chipped doors and 'clothes cupboard' are just painted over. There is mould on bathroom ceiling and window crevices, broken tiles in shower. Old musty smell from cupboards in kitchens. Knob pulled off drawer, hooks came out of walls, paint patches and one of the entry steps is rotting and needs replaced. Very disappointed as looked nothing like the photos shown.

Security door feels flimsy and not well attached to the door frame. There is mould and peeling paint on the ceiling and cornices in the bathroom. Blockout curtains in the bedroom the same as those in the lounge room would be good as the current curtains are too thin and let all the light in even from neighbor lights at night. Large nuts or pods continuously fell off the tree all the time, this was very loud and disturbing overnight.

It was a peaceful stay, bed was comfortable, hot water was HOT. Waterfront means meters from the water. Can’t wait to come back

The fridge was tiny so had to shop each day and the midges but can’t make those disappear. Also for people staying longer then a night or 2 an extra rubbish bag would be nice. I did try and ask one of the cleaning ladies but was ignored

How peaceful the surroundings were

Comfortable bed with plenty of blankets if required. Overall clean but maintenance required in bathroom. Disappointed to see so much erosion - not their fault of course. but there seemed little evidence that the problem was being addressed.

Great location and next to a pub, easy meals. Clever use of the space. Was great to have a kitchenette. Very quiet. Gardens well maintained.

Weak wifi, less of a problem when on holidays but a problem if you have to do work. The inside needs a bit of love, some basic maintenance could go a long way. A small laundry room in a complex that size would be handy too. Was lacking a couple of things like tissues or paper towel.

Fresh towels and linen. Comfortable bed and plenty of pillows. Reverse cycle air conditioner worked well. Great location. Close to shops and service station. Good shower. Bungalow could be blacked out for a great sleep.

It was a little run down. Blinds were old and damaged. The fan in the main living area was bent and noisy. Water damage to furniture and around the bathroom. Map to bungalow was vague - no distinction between walkways and roads around the site. Wasn't made aware that there was water equipment we could have used.

Constant stream of ants despite consistent cleaning.

black ants were everywhere. in the bathroom, table,sinks and on the floors. they were on the towels and got into our bags. I know other people that were staying there and they had the same problem. The light switch at the front door was broken which had a crack through it.
