The location is great

Difficult to find free parking Apartment kitchen was hot due to restaurant downstairs Kind of smell in bathroom

Very nice and clean apartment in a perfect location. Spacious and stylish. Feels like having your own home during the stay in Malaga

We are both very tall so the beds were a bit too small/short for us And the pillows were way to hard to be comfortable

Ideal location , plenty of room. Comfortable for us 4 , friendly people to deal with .cooker , microwave,etc TV with Netflix, 15 minutes walk to beach .loved our stay .x

It advertises 1 double and 2 singles ,it was 2 doubles.but a minor problem for us .and a sofa bed was a sofa 🤣

We were given a totally different property with no prior warning. Not as nice, not in as nice a place and without a balcony. The office staff were very rude

The main problem was that the property was on a crossroad, located on the first floor directly above and across from 3 pizza restaurants/takeaways. These were open all night until 6am - 8am. There was a wall directly below the bedroom window where people would sit and eat their pizzas. They would shout, scream, argue play guitars and sing all night long, guaranteeing that we got no sleep. However, Letmalaga's own website which we read before we booked states, "On the other side it is not right in the center of the night's thrill, which guarantees a total rest and tranquility". This is clearly incorrect and misleading, we are a couple in our sixties and would never have booked if we had been given an accurate description of the all night chaos. When we called at their office, we were told that "this is Malaga, it's always mad in December and August." When we read their own description on their website, pointing out how wrong it was, we were told that it wasn't Letmalaga's fault that people were so noisy and it wasn't inaccurate because it's not normally so busy. This is not true as the pizza restaurants are open 365 days a year. We were there for 12 nights over the Christmas period and had a thoroughly miserable time.

Great location, quite vibrant, so it doesn't feel unsafe to walk there alone in the middle of the night. All the important spots in walking distance. The kitchen is fully equipped (sugar, salt, oil, etc.). The washing machine plus drying rack are a big plus and the decoration is nice. Maria from the office is very helpful and friendly.

The entire apartment was not very clean. The bedlinen were not freshly washed, the balcony was unusable, because of the bird droppings everywhere. There were strings of hair lying around when we first came in, the WiFi connection was very poor and we encountered several cockroaches in the entrance area of the building and the kitchen and bathroom. The A/C in the small room couldn't be regulated, which was bad, since it was hot in the room.
