Hluk večer a ráno z ulice, od projíždějících aut. A občas od sousedů, ale za to majitelka nemůže.

Excellent location

Apartment did NOT have basic requirements of a few basic necessities. Olive oil, sugar, salt & pepper. No lunch size boxes to bring some lunch. These are so basic, cost very little but they make a huge difference.

Nice Apartment only a few minutes away from the beach and restaurants. Good communication and always free parking spaces on the surrounding streets. The Apartment gets a bit hot, but i guess that is just the weather in south Tenerife :)

good location lots of sun

Very nice location (3-4 minutes distance from playa de San Juan and to the city center & restaurants). The neighborhood is clean, quiet and safe, great for a late night walk. We loved the appartment, it was clean and cosy and fit to our needs. It doesn’t have an AC, but it has some fans that really help with the heat (the weather was quite hot during our stay there). The hosts were super nice and helpful and I totally reccomand the accomodation for a relaxing get away.

We had planned to stay only one week but we extended for one week more. The house is very nice, well equipped, functional and furnished with taste. Balcony has sun almost all day and Playa San Juan is a good compromise between touristic places and original spanish-Tenerife seaside town. Last but not least, staff was very helpful and available before, during and after our stay :)

Only one (little) problem: too many german channels on tv!

Extremely nice host. Easy check-in and easy check out. There is everything in the flat. We stayed over Christmas and even found a Christmas tree in the cupboard. The place lacks the washing machine. Apart from that - superb.
