The sheets on the bed were dirty on inspection at arrival. Upon contacting property host the sheets weren’t changed until the following day. Hair in bath and old food left in fridge. There was no kettle, clothes drying rack or key for safe despite this advertised on website. The swimming pool area was filthy with food and wrappers scattered around lounges. There were people drinking alcohol and smoking in the mornings and throughout the day at the pool. Hosts never stopped it despite signs at the pool. Very intimidating and uncomfortable as a pregnant person to try and relax at the pool. We had to leave 2 days early and book into a hotel due to the poor facilities and smoking and drinking at pool. Both hosts and booking.com were unhelpful with these issues.

The pool and garden were perfect, with shades and lounge chairs. The accommodation had a great view overlooking the pool with floor to ceiling windows. Great location, in the centre of town but also nice and quiet. It also has a little restaurant a couple of paces away if you wanted a quick bite.. Overall we thoroughly enjoyed it.

Excellent location. Just a short stroll to all the bars restaurants and shops. Very quiet as well.

Door lock failed on first night. Leaving me out of room for hours. I had left without my phone. Neighbours tried to call the main WhatsApp and other, number - neither were answered. No staff on site to assist which i understand is a requirement in Spain. No visible emergency number for out of hours. In previous years there was always a staff member there at night. Other guests sent message via booking.com. Neighbours took a big risk to rescue me by climbing out of their balcony into my living room window even though I asked them not to due to the risk of injury. Hours later the very helpful maintenance guy arrived and sorted new card keys again leaving me waiting another hour but at least he got it sorted and was very helpful. I am unsure which message got to him. The entire event was very stressful. I gave money to the lads next door to thank them for their assistance. This was not refunded by owners. Complaint made through booking re same was not answered. Apparently no complaints forms on site which again is a requirement for businesses in Spain. . No apologies from management. Major noise at night from party in another apartment along with daytime noise from some works within the building. Hob for cooking didn't work. Kitchen utensils are probably older than me and handles coming off pans. Kitchen is old and some doors dont fully close. Cleaning didn't happen for the 12 days I was there. Place was very dirty. Dust under bed was ridiculous. I am happy to verify this with photos if required. No seating in common areas which had been there before. Ants everywhere as noted by other guests. Needs a huge amount of work to bring it back up to standard. All of the above really upset me and ruined the holiday.

Easy and quick communication with the owners. Check in was super easy. They were also able to accommodate a late check out with a fee. Very central location. We took the train directly from the airport, only a 20mins journey and a short walk to the apartment. Spacious apartment. Nice pool.

The bed wasn't particularly comfortable. Some ants in the kitchen.

Susanna was very helpful with the booking as we arrived late at night and left early in the morning.

The appartment felt a bit cold at night as the weather was cold at night maybe a portable heater would be a good idea.

There was no breakfast included but it was easy to make yourselt in the kitchen att the room.

There was no heating at all even if there was radiators in the rooms.

Uncomfortable beds and the fact that you had to buy your own toilet paper once that provided had run out. Limited number of plug sockets.

Bit noisy, more youngsters in the hostel and night time no reception. Pool was being used when guest got back from a night out, early morning 4-5am. They were noisy.

the room was infested with bed bugs / ants. received over 20 bites on my legs alone. filtered my booking for a hotel with a pool and the pool was out of order.

Still some renovation work going on but it will be for the best room was freshly decorated and was perfect for our 1week stay it was a short stroll into center of Torremilanos
