The staff was very kind and promt.

Paturile foarte inconfortabile. Pernele sintetice si pline de ghemotoace. Prosoapele foarte uzate, iar la final a trebuit sa platesc separat 20 lei pt uzul acestora.

Nothing. It’s in the semibasement, no hot water, no proper cleaning. After arriving at the property, I understood there is a problem with the hot water. There was none and the installation was broken. Even if I tried to get the money back, because the host asked for the upfront payment in full, I only got a refusal (they tried to fix at night with the plumber, but couldn’t) and only after calling booking several times in a raw I managed to cancel a part of the reservation. Couldn’t bath my kids, got very upset, ruined my holiday after a lot of arguments with the host about getting the money back. The host should be taken out of booking and out of business.

The description is a lay. There aren’t two bathrooms, one is in the apartament and the other is in building, after you get outside of the apartament. It is dirty, I found hair in the sewage of the shower. There is no restaurant at the ground floor of the building and last, but most important there is no hot water.

I don’t know from where to start…first of all from our first minute we realised we didn’t have a bed for our baby ( the owner forgot to inform us). From that moment everything started to change- how to manage the sleep for all of us. The flat was really dirty, the beds not comfortable - very used ones with noises at each movement. The kitchen poor equipped - not a kettle for boiling the water ( only an old pot) , some dirty dishes… shower was the funny moment for all of us - after we could manage to balance the temperature of the water we had to manage the usage of an old shower cup ( the water was everywhere). No contact with the staff of the property ( only some messages). SORRY BUT IT WASN’T A GOOD CHOICE. Value for money - nope- expensive for a dirty and not pleasant flat. :(

Excellent location. Fully equiped kitchen. Big apartment.

Good size for a family and well equipped ,to mention this is a lower basement apartment.Neighbours very helpful and nice. Minutes from all the top restaurants .

The property wasn't clean when we arrived ,we had to wait for a cleaning company before that.Also no direct contact/instructions to access the property,the number provided didn't answer( The owner contact us after we made a enquiry through Booking.com ).Unless you have instructions from the owner is hard to find the location. Overall big lack of communication but we got sorted eventually.
