Location. Cute and cozy, well set up. Kitchen had everything needed plus more. Beds/mattresses, pillows, linens all comfy and clean. Easy non-contact check-in and check-out. Easy-to-find binder with accurate wifi info, attractions/restaurants nearby, etc. Posted instructions for easy check-out on fridge. We LOVED the setup with the glass door added in the entryway, that blocks a lot of sound from kitchen/living/dining into bedrooms, allowing everyone to not be disturbed by each other's differing wake up times. They have THE BEST STOCKED game cabinet I've ever seen in a rental-- puzzles, board games, Legos, cards, poker chips, etc etc etc!! Everything you could ever need for a rainy day inside, if needed!

Bath and shower in main bedroom en suite were both unusable (bath drain corroded/wouldn't plug, and glass shower door off track/broken/stuck open)-- that was the biggest negative point, as it made all 4 of us have to use one tiny stand up shower (in other bathroom) for the weekend.

Liked it was clean and a nice short walk to the beach

Spacious, great location, cute house.

The bathtub was not useable as a bath because the thing the drain cover was not functional. That was a big bummer for us because our toddler does not take showers. There were loose nails and screws in the backyard, which was concerning since we have a small child.

Comfortable accommodations, excellent support from staff for questions about the property, and everyone was able to enjoy the two nights.

The mattress we slept on (the room without the bathroom) might need to be replaced soon.

We had 5 people staying for 3 days. There were only 2 sets of towels for the entire stay. More towels are definitely needed. None in the main floor bath. Other than that everything was fine.

Warmer water but imagine the water tank heater Is set at a safety level so no complaints.
