Too many cleaning requirements and the deposit was extreme. No lights where the lock boxes were so hard to get them open.

The most disgusting experience I have ever had. So the chronology of events as follows: On Saturday (14.01.2023), me, my wife and our three minor children arrived in the beautiful city of Neuchatel and decided to spend a night to see the main sights of the city. That's why I booked two of these apartments. After making the booking, the host sent a message asking for a deposit, either in cash or by transfer to the card she provided in the message. I immediately informed that we did not have such an amount in cash and that we would transfer it to the card. Then we transferred 500 francs to the indicated card and I sent her the screenshots and drove towards the apartments. But by reaching the address, she began to write that we should only give her cash, while she had already known that we didn’t have that amount in cash and that we had already transferred the deposit to her card. Thus, she actually denied us to check-in. Then the host blocked my telephone and canceled our reservation with charging penalties!!!!! After making a dispute with the customer service of Booking.com and providing them my conversation with the host and other evidences as well my reservation was finally canceled after 3 days with all amount refund. Based on the above: 1. The host acted like a scammer. 2. She ruined our trip and made my children, my wife and me stressed. 3. I spent a lot of time to solve the problem. I strongly do not recommend anyone to deal with this accommodation!

it was all good, as expected. owners explains everything and they are always available if needed.

The location is very good, you have where to park nearby and our host was very welcoming and friendly.

I felt like I was in someone’s house, the studio doesn’t have any privacy, you can hear the other guests all the time passing by the hallway. and everything that people do or speak in the rooms.

I don’t understand the low reviews. It was an amazing studio, with everything one may need, from a coffee machine to a hair dryer. Contrary to other reviewers, I found the bed very comfortable. Everything was clean, the kitchen is well equipped, the space is bright, peaceful, welcoming and practical. The WiFi connection was strong and reliable. I was very pleasantly surprised, and I think the studio was very good value, in terms of price and comfort. Madame Paratte, the owner, was always polite and very kind, easy to contact and quick to react. From the start, she gave me all the informations I needed. I would stay here again, and would recommend the studio to my friends and family without hesitation. I travelled alone, but I think the studio where I stayed could accommodate a couple (perhaps even with a child) very comfortably.

Honestly, there was nothing negative. I am very satisfied with the whole experience.

Relatively cheap and close to where we wanted to stay. It was a bit small for a family of five.

There are no easy parking options on site.

I love the location of the property because it is very near to bus stop and ALDI, where groceries are really cheap. The studio 1 i think is the best among all the studios that Draizes can offer
