Sonoran spa has assigned parking spots and u can use in resort select areas based on if u r a owner or not I felt very discriminated there was no one in swimming area early morning I went to enjoy my coffee looking at ocean and was told by security that I wasn’t allowed to sit there

the property is right on the beach.
the security seemed to bother us a lot while at the pool over little things, even though most of the time we were the only people out there. the condo it’s self had a washer and dryer but no laundry soap so we went and bought some. I think it might be useful for future guests to know that.

I didn’t like that their was a few issues like a torn screen window outside the front door, the sliding door to the oceanview was loose, and the shower faucet knob tip was broken off. These issue were notice upon arrival but we got charged for it for not reporting it. So for future guest, take pictures and report any concerns or you will be blame for it.

Nice place. Unit was in second floor which was perfect to avoid elevator sometimes.
Had a wonderful comfortable stay for our family of 2 adults and 2 kids.

The View the ac worked great. The water pressure was good.
The pluming, the master shower didn’t work that well.
The laundry room has a strong smell too.

Do to COVID-19 going on me and my family didn’t have to worry about that everything was clean and staff were always respectful highly recommend it to everyone
