The host Vivolyn greets me with a welcoming smile very attentive to details of any questions I have like the nearest supermarket, just to check on us to see how we are doing and settling in.
The apartment was clean and well decorated with matching dark wood furnishings set up is welcoming to gather family of 4
The bathroom is big with matching colors bathroom curtains and mats set the apartment came with enough dinnerware and cooking supplies like different sizes of pots, drinking glasses, etc:
The lighting in the apartment especially bedroom and bathroom was great 👍 for putting on my makeup which every female needs
I like the quietness of the neighbors and community which the exception of the passing vehicles which really doesn’t bother me the grounds are clean I like the added security cameras . which’s allow me to feel even more safety
The entrance coming in on your right where all electrical meters are need attention of fixing the glass case framing is dismantled for whatever reason
There is no sign on where to throw the garbage with the exception of my host Vivolyn showing us all details

I love that fact that the host was super professional,caring and fun.perfect location ,the space was not only clean it had a very nice fragrance and it was also super comfortable .it's definitely worth the stay.

This was a last minute find. My kids and I really enjoyed this property it was nice, clean, spacious and comfortable. I also like that it is modern. Host was very kind had no problem getting them when I needed them.

I liked the peace and quiet the neighbours the facilities and the grounds I love the total relaxation.

The quietness, secure of safety of one feelings within. Parking, hanging clothes after the used of washing machine  on clothesline that was my show stopper culture feeling! The apartment itself was amazingly clean my host full of knowledge about Apartment things within including the surrounding neighborhood area of supermarket and dinning if for any reason we didn’t choose to cook. Furnishing decor given me the sense of being home the balcony is a plus over all A +
It’s hard to really say what I didn’t like I would phrase it by saying what I would like to see added the sign on the trash room, if it was not for efficient job of host Vivolyn I would’ve never known that were the trash room. Also the lighting meters on the right when you first entering the premises appearance should be more eye catching fixture instead they are broken. The walking on the grass is not good ideas maybe laid flat cement steps of tile in path for walking to enter where the line is set up for the clothes hanging.

The room was spacious and the beds were comfy. We were not rushed to pay as we got there. We were told to settle in. We were even given the keys and went out to eat before paying. The staff was very gracious

The location in terms of geographically and the access to the space (on the ground floor) gets a high plus.
We had booked a few hours to our arrival and the host did do their best to accommodate us at such short notice. I'm an OCD person so obviously what may seem minuet to some will not be for me. The shower and shower curtain, and the rug area rugs. All in all the space was in good condition.

I loved everything about merrivale suites.
The host was amazing she was very attentive from beginning to the end .i stayed from jan 31 to feb 6 2023. This is a prime location close to all amenities. The place was very clean and modern..the apartment complex was gated remote entry only..I felt very safe and comfortable there..
I found my new home away from home..I would definitely book again...thank you VIVOLYN for your warm welcome.
