La modernidad del hotel y sus instalaciones lo hacen para mí referente en la ciudad.

La ubicación no lo hace como un hotel precisamente para descansar sino para la vida nocturna.

Muy bien ubicado, todo a mano. Buena atención, buen bar. Recomendado en la atención, en las instalaciones y en la tranquilidad.

No había aire acondicionado, normalmente es muy fresco, pero para noches calurosas como esa, hubiese sido muy útil.

The staff - rude, unapologetic, careless. The facilities - everything is out of service at all hours. The location - it's in a poorly located street sorrounded with bad looking and loud pubs. As we arrived, the elevator wasn't working. This is understandable. What is not understandable is seeing your two guests walk up the stairs with 5 large bags and offer no help. The elevator was working on our second day. And then not working again on our third day (the day we were leaving). Again, down the stairs we go with our 5 large bags. As we left, the same staff member that received us do poorly was right at our floor. Again, no help was offered. Further more: on our first day, it took us 1 hour and a half to try to shower! I woke up, went to the shower and there was some water coming out but cold, for 5 mins. Called reception and out friendly staff member said she would be coming soon. We waited... And after a while called reception again. The staff member answers saying the hot water was turned off (but we were waiting and she made no effort to call back to say she had fixed it). I tried to shower again and it was the same. When we called, she told us that the water was probably cut and asked if we wanted BUCKETS to be talen to the room so we could bathe. We ended up showering in the suite, which, for some reason, had water, and hot water. The most disappointing was there was not one apology for any for this. Not a hint of feeling obliged to their guests.

Clean rooms, exactly like the photos, decent location.

Extremely disappointed with my stay. Unfortunately the room next to me had someone struggling with sleep apnoea. 20 seconds of silence followed by what sounded like someone choking to death on a un-chewed chorizo - by 3am I'd just about lost my mind. I went to reception, firstly to get a little peace & quiet & secondly to ask about changing rooms. Even in the reception area, I could hear my neighbour choking & he's on the 4th floor. That's how loud he was. I was offered another room but I would have to pay. Instead I opted to sit in the reception for a while as I needed a break from the noise. The receptionist offered me a blacket to sleep on the couch. Here's where I have an issue with the hotel: I've paid for a room that I clearly can't sleep in. Why they haven't spread the guests out amongst the building is beyond me, but the solution to the problem is to give me another room. Offering a paid guest sleep on a sofa in the hotel reception area is not a solution or a good look to anyone who happens to be arriving. My suggestion in the future is to be more professional. Without my neighbour, my stay would have been fine. Be aware, noise insulation doesn't seem to exist in this hotel.

We ended up doing the check in quite late in the night and then the staff allowed us to do the check out 2h later, so we could rest 😊

The staff was helpful and friendly, they make you feel like home!

Everything I will comment on about this property is all about making it better. Staff was very nice and more than helpful. Rooms were modern and very clean Location was ok..... Parking was not on site, but it was fine for me.

Rooms although very tastefully decorated were somewhat dim inside. I stayed there for 3 nights and my room was never once attended to. Would have been nice to have a complementary breakfast at this price. I was on the second level, but as there is no elevator the higher levels could have been an issue for some people.

The room was well cleaned at arrival and comfortable
