-The location was far from the city centre, but close to train station , bus station and closer to airport (so on the day of arrival and departure, it was more convenient).
-Close to many shops, and good transport links.
-It had all of the facilities mentioned, 70% clean (as a person with dust/pollen allergy is something I am conscious of).
- The people that rented the place were welcoming, friendly and understanding.
There was not anything I did not like, but the apartment was a little devastated (few scratches on the wall , floor etc.) had few broken appliances (e.g. kettle) , could have been cleaner ( dust, dirty wine glass etc. ).
Apart from that all perfect.

Super clean, Babuska Katerina left us super clean flat. Owner Nelya is very kind and helpful host. Highly recommended !!!
