My first contact with Sara was not pleasant. The soonest we could get there was around 8 because of the way the trains were running. She told us we MUST arrive by 7:00 and then there were about 5 more emails going back and forth. She finally said she would stay til 9 but charge us extra. I wasn’t excited to get there. She was relatively pleasant when we got there. We had no more contact with her past that. It wasn’t until we got there that we realized the rooms were “attached to her business” and to get to our “private” bathroom we had to go out in the hallwAy. Just didn’t like the set up. The room was incredibly noisy with a supermarket below us moving carts back and forth night and day. The noise also came from other apartments that were designed in a circle...noise from all sides. Oops, just realized this is what I liked. Should be reverse!

The location was great...not far at all from the train station, groceries and restaurants.

Very, very friendly staff. Lovely apartment in a quiet location. Very well located to explore Umbria with public transportatioon. The room was very pretty. The bed was very comfortable. The location is next to the train station. The Marmore Waterfalls are a 15-minute drive away.
