Very convenient place in the centre of Plaka. Lovely spacious room for a big family to stay a couple of nights. Nice kitchen and good shower

the apartment is a bit too small for 4 people. no space separation and no place to store clothes.

Shower wasn't clean, tv wasn't working as batteries were flat and couldn't turn on, paper thin walls so next door was loud

Very spacious stay with family very accommodating to our needs. Close & walking distance to main Attractions, Restaurants, Bars, Shopping etc. Big Thanks to Anne Maria being a great host to our stay in PlakaHeart. Transfers from airport to our stay & taxis were all spot on perfectly timed also very helpful with info to Tourist Attractions, Great communication over WhatsApp. Will stay again next visit to Athens with out hesitation. could have been cleaner especially the bathroom. had half used toiletries left for us from a previous stay. when we left for breakfast we found the main entrance door was open so it felt a bit exposed. some milk sachets would have been good. pretty noisy during the night

The location is excellent, very close (10-15 minutes) to many sights, including the acropolis. It's self-check in, the hosts are very detailed in the instructions (which you will receive several days before the arrival), and they also provided us with a very nice brochure with tips for what to see, where to eat, good spots for photos, etc. They were very responsive to our questions. We stayed in Hermes apartment, is was fairly spacious, it has a well equipped mini kitchen. WiFi was very good as well.

It was noisy. This is my only complaint. The building itself seems fairly old, and the walls felt paper thin - you could hear the apartment next door, the corridor and the ones above. Also, the street itself even though very small, generates a lot of traffic, both from pedestrians, and cars, and the windows isolated barely nothing compared to when they were open. There was also construction work going on across the street, which meant more noise and that you couldn't pull up the blinds during the day, as you would have the workers look directly into the apartment - not nice for privacy.

The location was excellent as it was across the street from my parents hotel The Electra Palace.

The hallway lights didn't work when I got off the elevator and happy that I had a flashlight with me to open the door. The foyer and hallways of the building smelled like cats.

Host was very helpful in helping me get the key earlier than scheduled.

Was far from the heart of the city. The price didn't reflect the value as I had paid similar amount for a significantly better hotel in the heart of the city. The bathroom had a very unpleasant odor. I did not dare use the shower as I couldn't stand being in the bathroom. The shower is not tiled and that is probably why the bathroom smells foul.

George was amazing and went out of his way to accommodate every request and question we had. The location is absolutely perfect for both sightseeing and dining.

air con not working and as no batteries in air con remote control. room was cold. no bottled water in fridge. shower slippery. broken toilet seat. the host was on call to help with aircon issue - although it took an hour to fix.

the bathroom is really small and you need to count the time for taking shower, otherwise, it might not be enough hot water. the wall between each room is really thin. Unfortunately, we met people checkin at midnight and they were shouting and screaming in the room which we could hear clearly. so we need to get up at 3:00 am and put on ear plug to be able to fall asleep again. I would not recommend this place to people who needs a quiet place to rest.
