posizione, pulizia, tipologia di alloggio, rapporto qualità /prezzo, comodità e gentilezza nell accoglienza

Posizione ottima in pieno centro ma allo stesso modo tranquillo, appartamento dotato di tutte le attrezzature. Parcheggio riservato è molto vicino all appartamento

The location was fine, very central to everything that I wanted.

The handing over of the keys to the property, much confusion, firstly met by wrong host, then met the real host, he had already handed keys to different guest, they had unpacked, showered, and had to move out, the said he would bring fresh towels, but never did, wi fi did not work he promised to come round never did, ignored text messages, did not even turn up for handing back the keys, after it was arranged when I finally received keys at outset, an extremely rude and unprofessional man, it’s hard to believe but it’s true.

Location, equipment supplied, for cooking etc.

The bed and sofa are in need of replacement, ok for a couple of nights, but both are worn out. The air-conditioning would only go down to 25° so it stopped the room getting hot, but didn’t cool it at all.

Apartment was in excellent condition. Definitely all furniture is new. Everything is in very good condition and all appliances were there. Even the dishwasher:)

Actutally all is good. Just if you're looking for quite place it is not the best choise. Even though - whole Cap d'Age is not a right a choice for quite staying :))))
