A beautifully presented spa hotel in a good location not too far from the centre of Siem Riep. (A short tuk tuk ride away, there is always one at the hotel reception). The staff were very welcoming and professional. The hotel had great facilities; a good restaurant, pool bar and room service. While the fantastic outdoor pool made for a relaxing haven after a day of sightseeing.

A cashpoint would be handy but not really necessary as there are some in the town.

Very nice hotel with very big rooms (we stayed in family room). The swimming pool is perfect after long day. Location is in peaceful part and you need to take a tuk tuk to take you to the city...but it is only 5min and tuk tuk driver Kosal is very friendly and waits for you!! The staff was SUPER friendly and they helped us a lot with modification of our stay and transport to Thailand! VERY much recommend this hotel!!

We liked everything!

Very beautiful property and the rooms were awesome too. Staff were very friendly and attentive. They would take our bags and deliver them our rooms for us. the tuk tuk driver picked us up / dropped us off from the airport and the town. We asked to extend our checkout as our flight want until 18:00. We paid an additional $20 and we had to switch rooms but it was really worth it. Food at the hotel was great and the free waters are really appreciated. Would definitely recommend this hotel.

We ordered room service and were told it would take 15 minutes. 45 minutes later we called them and they told us another 15 minutes. The food then arrived within that 15 minutes. The front desk staff sleep at nighttime on the sofa’s in Reception.

Lovely property, clean, staff was exceptional throughout. Lovely pool and cocktails. Good location to town. However, $3.00 each way per day, does add up. That said I will be happy to return. Hi praise to all the staff. My room was very good, had the suite, directly outside the pool, which was very peaceful.

The lights in the restaurant are too bright, very impersonal. I didn't feel comfortable having dinner, that said the food is well priced and very tasty.

Breakfast was very poor, room was no cleaned properly, no Tissue paper or spare toilet paper in the room. Room service food was very disappointed.

Lovely big room, most comfortable bed we have slept in throughout our travels around Asia, pool area nice and relaxing, tuk tuk waiting outside very useful, so much food with breakfast, Staff all excellent friendly and helpful especially Ley working behind the pool bar who excelled in making wonderful cocktails and making sure we made the most out of the happy hour(s)! laundry service excellent aswell.

We came back to a frog in our bathroom! make sure you close the toilet lid! Reception staff did come and removed this humanly very quickly. Location slightly to far to walk to pub street.

Beautiful! Best hotel we stayed in siem reap we ended up adding an extra night. - Staff are lovely and friendly, their hospitality is so warm and genuine! We loved our tuk tuk driver every day it was a highlight of the day for us driving around. - The room was so spacious with a comfortable bed. We also loved watching Netflix at night! - The pool and garden area is beautiful! - We enjoyed the location because it was away from the noise of the town and yet there were always plenty of tuk tuk drivers outside the hotel which cost so little.

Nothing really - I would only recommend that they insulate the doors a bit better because it did get quite noisy in the mornings. We had incredibly noisy neighbours that woke us up at 7am every morning screaming with kids. That is not the hotel’s fault however some additional insulation would really help with this.

it was an absolute joy to stay here, comfiest bed in south east Asia! beautiful pool area and bar. the staff were so friendly and helpful and treated us like royalty which make the experience extra special!

the location wasn’t super close to town but the tuk tuks out the front were great

I enjoyed my stay in the hotel. The staffs were friendly and helpful. The front desk helped me to book all tours. On the last day after I checked out, joined a tour and came back to the hotel, they helped me to get a shower after I swimed in the pool. Definitely recommend this hotel for the value of the money.

Is near Angkor Wat temple but far from Pub Street, restaurants and everything else in Siam Raep Also breakfast could be better (orange juice is not fresh squeezed but artificial)

Hotel staff very friendly and attentive. Daily change of bed linen and towels. They pick you up at the airport and take you for free with a tuctuc. Tuctuc that takes you to the city center for two dollars.

Breakfast not very varied and not continental breakfast.
