Lakes & Land at Sunset Point! Gorgeous views, Pool, Beach
Orientation ouest avec de magnifiques vues sur l'eau libre. Cette unité de 2 chambres et 2 salles de bain a un lit king, 2 lits jumeaux et un canapé-lit queen accueillir 6 confortablement! Cuisine entièrement équipée, WiFi et un bordereau de bateau dédié!
Ce condominium est situé dans un immeuble récemment rénové, une nouvelle piscine au bord du lac, une plage de sable privée et un pavillon au bord du lac ont été ajoutés en avril 2019. En plus du lac, de la piscine et de la plage, nous avons également des planches à pagaie et des kayaks à votre disposition!
Idéalement situé à l'intérieur de la communauté fermée Stillwaters, il y a plusieurs restaurants et marinas dans la proche vicinty.
D'autres unités disponibles dans le même complexe en font une excellente occasion pour les grandes réunions de famille!

We were headed to Auburn, and this was a great location. It was so easy to rent a boat right at the private dock. The pier and pool were beautiful. The unit was as pictured, and the property manager was responsive and helpful. We hope to be back.

My husband and I really enjoyed our stay at this condo. The seasonally heated pool evidently did not mean December. I was a little disappointed, but my husband told me so. lol There are no steps to climb, which is great! 2 Recliners which were awesome. Spacious. I would suggest some lamps for the living area. We loved our stay there!

There were a few issues that need attention. The main entrance need some work on the locking/latching system. The glass sliding doors need some attention on their locking system. And there are a few smaller issues. But all in all we had a enjoyable time.

This was our 2nd year coming to Sunset Point! And still a phenomenal experience! We’ll be back next year!

We really enjoyed our stay. Very quite and secluded but had a lot of amenities. The pool and kayak’s being there really was nice. Could use some new cookware a lot of it was old. Only thing I saw was that it needs more kitchen ware and needs the sliding door in living room fixed as it was very hard to close. Other than that it was PERFECT! Will stay again for sure.

Great location! Wonderful views and property. Very friendly neighbors told us about restaurant dos and don’t bothers. Quiet and peaceful. The private beach, pool and docks are nice and well maintained. We had a fire in the beach fire pit 2 nights. Easy entry into condo - no steps!

This property was perfect for a relaxing weekend on Lake Martin. It was clean, nicely decorated, comfortable, and had beautiful sunset views. The property owner responded to my questions quickly. I was so pleased with the location and property that I hope to return this summer. I highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a place to stay on Lake Martin.

This property is in a fantastic location on Lake Martin to see the amazing sunsets and enjoy the water. The beds are comfortable; seating in the main room is ample; the washer and dryer are nice to have; shower pressure is great. Liked the added perk of the pool and sitting area with a TV outside next to the lake. Would absolutely stay here again. The property manager is quick to get back to you with any questions.
