Palm Bay Club - Bayfront Large 2/2 Condo - Reasonable Price
Ce grand condo de deux chambres et deux salles de bain surplombe la baie de Sarasota et la voie navigable Intercoastal. Il n'y a que 2 condos de cette taille qui ont des fenêtres orientées à l'est et aucun pilier de soutien dans le salon. C'est le dernier condo au troisième (dernier) étage avec une vue magnifique sur la baie, la piscine, le grand bain à remous, le quai de pêche et le quai. Le condo est situé sur la paisible baie et vous pouvez regarder les bateaux monter et descendre la voie navigable inter-côtière depuis le condo, la piscine, le bain à remous ou la jetée. Lorsque vous voulez l'excitation de la fabuleuse Crescent Beach, promenez-vous dans le complexe et vos meubles de plage vous attendent. Prendre un bain de soleil, nager, faire du boogie board, faire de la plongée, ramasser des coquillages ou simplement regarder les gens passer. Lorsque vous marchez sur la plage, vos pieds ne chauffent pas car il s'agit de l'une des trois plages de quartz au monde. Lorsque vous aurez terminé à la plage et que vous serez prêt à vous détendre, vous et vos invités pourrez vous évader dans le confort tranquille de la baie.
Il y a un Verizon FiOS Television Prime Bulk Package avec un package HBO à 15 canaux, un DVR avec un téléviseur HD dans le salon, un décodeur numérique dans la chambre principale avec un téléviseur HD et un décodeur standard avec un téléviseur numérique dans la deuxième chambre . Chaque téléviseur est équipé d'un lecteur DVD.

Great location on the bay. Property has bay & beach access. Includes nice beach chairs for all members of your party. Excellent location for people who like to dock fish. Condo was clean, spacish & well kept. Definitely would stay again.

Nice sized condo, balcony, very roomy. Some of the furniture a little worn, but overall a nice play to stay! Bring what you need though- paper towels, dish soap.

This is our second year staying at this place. Again this year we are so pleased that we plan to try to book the same unit next year. Our first morning there the coffee pot would not make coffee. I messaged Doug and we had a pot before the next morning. The unit is very roomy and bright, close to the pool and hot tub and a very short walk to the beach. Everyone is so helpful and nice. In talking to other people that also own units at Palm Bay I don't think we could ever find a place even close to what we experience here. Thank you Doug for having such a wonderful unit and be willing to share it with us.

Condo is a great location and very spacious. The bathrooms off each bedroom are very nice.
The owner communicated about the broken fridge door (food stayed cold, just hard to close) and the part was ordered that day.

Condo was very spacious and we really enjoyed our time there. Saw a manatee in the bay. Enjoyed both pools and never had an issue finding a close parking spot at the beach. Wasn't crowded at all the last week of April. The hot tub was closed for maintenance the last two days of our stay. Would recommend this condo and would like to make a return visit sometime.

Been around Siesta keys many times, but first time at this place. Property is clean and comfortable, good size condo. Nice short walk to the beach, relaxing canal views. Apart from gate code system that is not too reliable, everything else is top notch.

We Loved Everything About This Place & Check In Was Fairly Easy, Except The GPS Had Us Go Left To The Units On The Beach Gulf Side Until We Asked Someone & They Said We Must Be Across The Street On The Orher Side....Ooops I Hadn't Realized They Had 2 Sections of Palm Bay Resort With Multiple Buildings On Both Sides Of The Street😆....But We Figured It Out & Ck'd In W/O Any Problems Except For The Refrigerator Door Did Not Work Properly.

The property is lovely and the location can’t be beat. You have access to a heated pool on both ends of the condo structures plus the beach is a short walk from anywhere on the grounds. There are a few items in need of repair that I will directly report to the owner. The posted picture makes you think that is your view from windows inside your condo when actually the picture is taken from the balcony. Your view is the rooftop of the 2nd floor condo…ick. The no key entry is definitely a plus as long as the code is changed for each renter.

We have been coming to Siesta Key and staying at the Palm Bay Club and this particular unit for many years now. We love the layout of the condo, the larger size, and it's location on the bayside near the pool and Jacuzzi with the beach a very short, pleasant walk away. The owner is always very responsive to our needs and we appreciate the good communication. We have extended family who rent other condos on the bayside and vacation with us. We always have a good time to reconnecting in such a beautiful location where there is something for everyone - fishing, swimming, dining, tennis, pickleball, and, of course, the gorgeous white sand beach. I am already looking forward to next year!

I recently stayed here for a week with my husband and 2 kids ages 2 and 6. The condo was a nice size, very clean and nice kitchen area for cooking. Great location with being able to see the inter coastal from the balcony. Short walk to the beach. Overall I highly recommend this rental.

The lady in the office was less than hospitable. There was a dirty diaper in the bedroom. Other garbage in bathrooms and kitchen were nt emptied from previous guest. The floors were not swept let alone mopped in the bathroom. Hair, dirt crumbs and ants all over the floors in every room. The ants were so bad we couldnt leave anything on the counter. So bad that just sitting on the white couch we would fond two or thee just crawling on us. Coffee maker leaks everytime. The remotes to tvs didnt work. Overall good location, filthy stay.

The unit we rented was great. Doug, the owner of the unit was pleasure to deal with. The unit was exactly as detailed. The plus to staying in this unit is it is spacious, quiet and located on the gulf side. A short walk to the beach. Definitely great to be away from the noise and craziness of all of the guests staying in the main tower of the property. The only issue we encountered, which as told to us by on site property owners was the elevator in the main tower. NOT the elevator where our unit was located. The reason I bring this up is because we had family and friends staying in the main tower, and three times this week in particular alone, the fire department had to be called out to help people out of the elevator which had broken down with them in it. More of a reason to rent in a unit such as the one we rented on the gulf side.

There were lots of towels supplied and plenty of the paper essentials. We are definitely planning to book the same residence next year. We love the Palm Bay Club but especially love this unit. We really enjoyed the condo. It was just what we needed and the views were awesome! We especially liked that there was easy access to both the beach and the bay from the complex. It had everything we needed and Doug, the host, was super nice and easy to work with. Suggestions: 2 more beach towels and new blankets for the beds. They seemed to be older and stained a bit. Great place to stay. Supposedly only 1 parking spot per unit. We stayed at the far end of the bay side. Unfortunately people from the Gulf side who like the small pool and hot tub park on our side during the day. That makes parking for the actual residents a problem.

Location was awesome and so is Siesta Key. We come often. The condo was not so great other that the spaciousness. The place was dirty and run down. Several broken items...chair, screen door, blinds, hair dryer. Walls and woodwork were so nicked raw wood was showing...the place needs a new paint job. Deck only had a table with no chairs. Only 2 Adirondack chairs other condos had 4. Incidentals for a 2 week stay...2 rolls of toliet paper per bathroom and 2 kitchen garbage bags and no paper towel. The bedding was dirty...blood on the sheets ...obviously never laundered. We ended up washing all the bedding including the blankets and the towels. The place was severely dusty. We dusted everything and wiped the floors down. Hair and dust bunnys and crumbs on the floor throughout...gross. Prior to cleaning ourselves we contacted the owner per his instructions 2x. We received no response. Unacceptable. If you rent from the Palm Bay Club rent from the management company and not through this VBRO.

We’ve been staying in this condo at holiday time for many years when we take a break from the Michigan weather to enjoy the Florida sunshine. It’s always clean and comfortable with great communication from the owner when needed. The Bayside location is perfect for enjoying the sunrise, Jacuzzi and pool with the beach just a very short walk away. We are already looking forward to next year!

There may be better places to spend some time at the beach but I haven't found any. Palm Bay is the perfect location for all the activities at siesta key and this condo in particular is one that will forever be dear to our hearts. The views are gorgeous and the amenities were fantastic. We will definitely be staying here again.

Had trouble getting in and out with the lock owner finally called me back and was no help. Very outdated. The couches was old and very worn. The mattress was horrible to sleep on and the remote control had to be worked from the closet didn’t know that until I talked to the owner. I would never stay there again. Very disappointed
