The lifts were quite slow... waited a long time every time!

Responsive and helpful 24h telephone response. Secure. Clean. Good amenities/ facilities and kitchen with washing machine. Great to have a good gym.

Very intrusive checking in process. Requires lots of personal information and contract signing in advance. Had to pay $100 to replace lost swipe card. No flexibility around check-in time (without paying). Key location is 5 minute walk away in secure but unstaffed access building. Not great if you're travelling alone with heavy bags.

Quiet, having a gym and swimming pool on site. Homely.

Didn't feel that safe outside the property, lots of homeless people around and rougher people. Mould in the shower, lots of dust in the fans etc. Needed a very good clean.
