The apartment is modern and nicely decorated

It was very difficult to gain access to the apartment. The phone was engaged. The code for the lockbox was far to short so didn’t work and no instructions on how to use it. No help emailing either. We finally got in with help from the barman in the local bar. It was very stressful. The building is smelly and old and doesn’t give a nice impression when you enter the building. All the floor boards in the flat squeak and the doors need oiling. The curtain in the bedroom has come off the rail in places and needs fixing.

maybe for the owner, not those who are in charge with the rental but the floor in the bedroom and living romm makes a lot of noise, could be changed as it is in the kitchen.

Beautiful, comfortable apartment.

My husband thought it was too noisy at night in the street and in the building. The entry way was very dumpy; it was a relief to see the inside of the apartment was very nice.

It was well organized and good place. The staff gave me feedbacks quickly.

It was a little bit old and inconvenient for parking nearby.

THE APARTMENT HAS NO PARKING. It is announced with parking but it is false. There is no parking (there is a public payment parking close). The advertisment is misleading (I always look for places with parking and in this case the ad was wrong). The entrance to the building is in real bad condition and the adyacent streets are not very nice.
