Lage und Frühstück gut, Personal freundlich. Apartment mit Balkon ideal.

Das Apartment war schmutzig, Staub in jeder Ecke und in den Schränken. Die „tägliche Reinigung“ hat 5 Tage lang nicht stattgefunden. Das Sofa war so fleckig, dass wir gar nicht darauf sitzen wollten. Das Klopapier ist am ersten Tag ausgegangen, die nächste Rolle mussten wir an der Rezeption holen, Geschirrspül-Tabs wurden einzeln ausgegeben … Den Müll mussten wir vor Abreise selbst entsorgen, aber Mülltrennung war kaum möglich und offenbar auch kein Anliegen.

Équipements cuisine incomplet. Il manquait la poêle Le coffre ne fonctionnait pas non plus

Chambre impeccable et bien équipée. Calme . 2 eme passage dans cet hôtel et satisfait à chaque fois .

La localisation est super, personnel très sympathique et petit déjeuner très diversifié.

Fuite d’eau dans la chambre, personne n’est intervenue malgré mon appel

Pratique, accès simple depuis la rocade. Personnel très professionnel, aimable et disponible

Rien de grave Sinon l’absence de verres ( brosses et dentifrice) dans la salle de bain !

Arrivée en ferry à Nador, je me suis rendue au Saja Hôtel en taxi pour y passer 1 nuit. La chambre est très belle, propre et spacieuse. Parfait pour se reposer après une nuit dans le bateau et avant de poursuivre vers une autre ville ! Le petit déjeuner est copieux, servi dans une belle salle et il y a le choix entre plusieurs menus, c'était parfait !

Centrally located but when the window was open, neighbourhood restaurants were full and loud. It's high season so that was to be expected. Window closed, it was quiet.

Huge bathroom but small shower stall and the kitchen set up is a bit awkward (opening three doors to access mini fridge, kettle, microwave). I stayed only one night so no big deal.

The hoster cancelled the reservation. We needed to rent another hotel fwhen we were already on the road. We have not been refund yet the room expenses (three days later)

We had some small concerns for the cleanness (we found some spots in the sheets, we changed room, and the new one had a dirty towel)

The room is very spacious, and the little kitchen well-equipped. The hotel has its own parking.

The bathroom needs an update. The walls have dirty stains and the toilet seat in our room has strange blue marker scratches on it.

The size of the room is big.

The hotel claim that the room has air conditionner. It does have one, however it doesn't work even the hotel staff tried to solve the problem several times. It was 35 degree outside, and we have no air conditionner inside. even worse, it's hotter inside than outside! the day after, we met other guests of the hotel. same problem for them, the air conditionner don't work in their room and they have a 4 year old child.... I initially booked 4 nights. when i check in, i paid 80 euros for 2 dogs (10 euro per night per dog). second day, i decide to book another hotel because the problem of air conditionner. the hotel refuse to reimburse the nights, and even the dog fee and taxes! Their staff even told me: they don't care my problem, many guests are happy, only you are not happy, so they don't care.

Hotel replied to my messages in French. I must use translator. When I called to the hotel nobody spoke english, but when my clients arrive to the hotel, receptionist speak english.
